Purchased washer & dryer from here for under $500 and got free delivery and installation. The delivery guy was very kind and careful of transporting appliances into the house. He tested all the settings for dryer and washer.

I bought a stove and a refrigerator. The quality is amazing, the store is overall clean the service was amazing, the employees were nice. They had great affordable prices, they did a great delivery and installation was also amazing. I highly recommending giving this place a visit !

Our garage fridge conked out last night so since we are going to be remodeling our kitchen and will be moving our current fridge to the garage in a few months, we decide to buy a refurbished one in the meantime instead of a brand new one, especially given that we generally only keep drinks in it. We went to the place on Auburn Boulevard, but I was not impressed. Most of their fridges had obvious cosmetic damage on the outside. While it is a garage fridge, we still use it a lot and I don't want it to have dents, scratches and creases in it. We decided to pop into City Appliances and were greeted by a very nice man. The shop was clean and organized and when I told him what we were looking for he made a couple of recommendations. Since we did not want a fridge with water or ice, he showed us one that had that component removed, thus giving us more freezer space, and told us he would give us a discount. We ended up paying half the price we would have paid on Auburn Boulevard for a banged up fridge. He offered same day FREE delivery and showed up right at the end of the delivery window with a cold fridge. He takes cash only and payment is due upon delivery. We thought it was very nice that he had plugged the fridge in so he could deliver it cold. He unloaded it and plugged it in and hauled our old fridge away. We were pleased with the excellent customer service, and so far are pleased with the fridge, and appreciate the 60 day warranty.

Normally don’t leave reviews, but this place seems like a complete scam. We bought a washer and dryer combo from them and within 1 month we went through three different dryer exchanges because the one they gave us kept breaking. They have a 90 day warranty, but that’s just about how long they last. The last dryer they gave us can’t even heat anymore and the washer is now slowly breaking as well. The positive reviews on Google seem like generic and bot generated fake reviews. Look at the negative reviews they are all very serious issues with this place.
