Went looking for s specific part that I knew they wouldn’t have but had to give it a try. The one thing all of these supply houses need to work on is better customer service. You can walk in the place and be standing at the counter for 10 min , and not even get a hello most of the time. I know we are mostly men coming into the store, and it’s rough construction workers, but in the end we are all human, and don’t mind a hello I’ll be right with you lol. Once I did get helped the guy was friendly enough, and of course they didn’t have the part...

I love the 50% to 100% mark up on their supplies. Apparently they don't rely on returning customers. Why go here when I can get the same items at The Home Depot for half the price. I wouldn't even recommend this place to someone I didn't like.
