I called them ten minutes before their closing Time and told them that I needed a part for my oven, the very kind lady who answered the phone said she would wait for me to get there. I arrived and she had already pulled the part that I needed and had it waiting for me. The gentleman behind the counter was even kind enough to strip the wire and wire it to my quick connect for me. What an incredible level of service. This place is definitely top-notch! Thank you guys so much for your help today.

They were so helpful in my time of need.
The big stores such as Lowes was not willing or cooperative on helping me even though they delivered a big appliance that had a broken/missing piece. I called commercial appliances and they helped me with which part I needed, ordered it immediately for me, and was very professional and kind the whole time. Will do business with them in the future most definitely! Thank you again for your help today. Saved this tired nurse from not being able to dry clothes for a month.

A friend recommended this place and they were spot on. Friendly staff that quickly found the part I needed for my oven. Part was reasonably priced and I was in and out of there quickly. Easy to get to as well.

Great place to do business thought our heating element was out. Went and bought one and they called us and told us the other one wasnt out. Told us to bring back the one we just purchased and they would give our money back. They didnt have to do that but went out of the way for us. Will always do my appliance repair shopping with them and will refer them to everyone. Thanks Emily your awesome.
