We just bought a washer and dryer from Cross Appliances and they were so kind and helpful with selecting them! They weren’t able to deliver when they were originally supposed to due to weather, but they went the extra mile and delivered and installed them after hours just so we could get them in. They are awesome and were nice, respectful, and shot us straight on the best appliances for our family! Definitely will use them for all future appliances.

Y'all. There's a reason Cross Appliances has such high ratings and it's because of their professionalism, quick service, adept repair crew, and reasonable prices!
I called Monday and left a message after they had closed. Tuesday morning (within 15 minutes of them opening) I received a return call from Michael. Michael got some information
from me including the appliance (clothes washing machine) having issues and what those issues were, he gave me pricing and warnings about potential timelines of parts if they needed to be ordered, and he had a repair man, Nino, to my house Wednesday.
Nino was ahead of schedule (fix your face, this repair man was early!) and called to let me know he was 10 minutes out. See? I told you professional. Within 20 minutes of arriving, Nino had identified the issue, fixed it, and was walking out with check in hand. Nino was kind, courteous, and funny.
I know I am blessed to have had a minor issue that needed fixing with my clothes washing machine, but I will be bringing all my appliance business to Cross Appliances! I would give them 15 stars if I could; five stars a piece for Michael, Nino, and the Cross Appliances company. Alas, five stars and a glowing review will have to suffice.

My Wife and I bought a side-by-side Whirlpool Refrigerator from these guys Over the weekend. Delivered and installed the next business day. The deals are great and the team is straightforward and honest. Install was very customer friendly.

Our nine year old oven decided to lock itself and no solution online worked. A friend suggested Cross Appliances out of Weatherford. They fixed the problem, charged very reasonably, and were great. It is great to deal with Parker County people.
