I’m a young mum who came in today with no idea about fridge freezers and washing machines. I was served by a lovely man called Stanley. He spook me n my mum through everything, finding us the best deals, making sure we was always happy. He was incredibly helpful and made this shopping trip an amazing experience especially with a little one and heavily pregnant!! I believe it was his manager that also helped us, thank you as well. Stanley you’re an awesome person, thank you for being so kind and helpful! Wisbech Currys your extremely lucky to have Stanley working for you?

Sent a laptop off to repair, which costs £75 for labour + additional fees for parts. They then said it will cost an additional £400 for a basic screen repair. I chose not to have the repair because the laptop is £500 brand new. They then refused to refund the £75 even though no repair was carried out. They gave me no warning about the ridiculously high price beforehand. Absolute waste of time and money.

Recently bought new laptop from local branch, on day of purchase not one of sales team asked if I needed help. At reception when I'd acquired said laptop, only question s asked were about whether I wanted tv package, who was my Internet provider. I was asked nothing about help with setup or transferring data from old laptop. I filled in form for data transfer, and was told maybe ready Saturday (was in shop friday), by Monday had not heard, so went in, was told they had tried my number but not connected so checked and admittedly I have left wrong number, apologised and then waited for call, by Thursday had not heard so I again called in, they said new laptop was ready, but person doing set up was off that day, so staff called person and checked, eventually collected new laptop. Not very impressed with whole transaction really poor customer service.

Needed a fridge freezer, every one I chose was out of stock and couldn't be delivered except for one which I didn't like so 7 in all.
Walked out and bought one from Argos.
Why display models they couldn't sell you !!!!!

Visited the Wisbech store, again, was clearly looking for a laptop, spent around 15 minutes looking, no one approached to offer help. Won’t bother to return.

Stood waiting while four staff stood chatting then went walkabout. I was at the counter with a printer waiting to pay so I just upped and left sod them
