Our built-in BBQ stopped working and we found Curto's - and boy are we glad we did! Jonathon was so helpful and knowledgeable. He listed to what we want, and didn't try to sell us the most expensive item, but rather the item that fits our needs. From date of purchase to install took only 4 days! We are very happy and look forward to using Curto's again to update our kitchen appliances too!

I am beyond happy with my experience at Curto’s Appliances. The owners as well as our sales rep, Ellis, bent over backwards to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend them!! FYI: they are required to sell appliances at the manufacturers price, so you are not paying anything more to get excellent customer service. 5 stars!!!

In 2019 we bought all our appliance from Curto’s! They were amazing to deal with. Great customer service and they held all our appliances for 4 months until our kitchen was ready! Sadly our dishwasher recently needed repair and we were told it couldn’t be fixed. Back to Curtis we go! They had our records on file and the dishwasher was ready for pick up the next day. They would have delivered it but we didn’t need it. Al was super knowledgeable and since we didn’t need anything else helped us buy a new appliance in about 15 mins! Great experience both times! Will definitely keep using Curto’s for all my appliance needs!

Super easy yet amazing experience. The team at Curto’s helped us choose the best dishwasher machine for our family with all the options that were important to us (especially my wife) and delivered/ installed it perfectly. Earlier this year, our 16 year old pair of washer and dryers died suddenly on us, a week apart. We have used Curto's since we moved into our house in 1981. The wall oven then was an inch smaller than any of the big appliance stores had in stock. No one could help, except Curto's. Mike recommended a carpenter to cut the cabinets an inch to install a new wall oven. After that, all our appliances for our 2 kitchen home have come from Curto's. Curto's now has a staircase which I cannot climb. No problem, Al, our new salesman since Mike had retired, came downstairs with his laptop and offer of water, to listen to what we needed and to accommodate us. We love our LG pair of washer and dryer. Next our 16 year old refrigerator died. Back to Al and a new refrigerator; all appliances at competitive sale prices with the big stores. Curto's gives you personalized services at great prices. They should be your first and only stop when you need any appliances.

My wife and I remotely purchased a gas grill as a housewarming gift for our son and daughter-in-law. I first called Mr. Dunstan last week. He was very knowledgeable, funny...and truthful. He assessed our kids' needs over the phone, and sent us quotes on numerous grills to check out. Many phone calls and emails (very quick turn-around!) ensued, but he never lost his patience or his good humor.

When my son came to the showroom on Saturday, I arranged with Mr. Dunstan that if my son wanted a more expensive grill than (the very nice Napoleon Prestige Pro 500) we wanted to get them, Mr. Dunstan would just quote him the differential in price instead of the total. Try doing that on Amazon...

I'm sure there might be some brands where his margin might be higher, but he absolutely sold us the best grill for the money. I'm old school, and I want a nearby brick-and-mortar to purchase any item that I can't fit it my car if it breaks. Mr. Dunstan is old-school as well: he knows the goods, and he will tell you the honest truth about them. I am guessing he has a high percentage of repeat customers.

Just in case you were wondering: I highly recommend buying your next grill from Al Dunstan at Curto's.
