Only giving it one because I cannot give it zero. I requested my electricity to be turned off starting November 30 , 2023 because I was moving into a new place. I called them twice to confirm that it had been done. Despite confirming twice, they still sent me a bill for the month of December, 2023. When I called to rectify , they told me to show proof of moving into a new location which I did after which they said it will be sorted out and I don’t have to pay. Despite saying over the phone that they have corrected the error and they will not charge me, they still sent me a bill with a late fee on top of it and involved a debt collection company forcing me to pay.

Please do not use this company. Find another. They will force you to pay for services you haven’t used.

The electric bill increase to 90%. I only stay home 4 yrs I works 16 yrs everyday and drive 2 back and forth, by time I get home the only time I have is to sleep. So for my electric bill to sky rocket to 90% I think Delco is a scam. .

I called about an unused meter on my property. And sure enough a wonderful man came in just a few hours. Duane was so kind and took care of the issue!! He worked hard and went above and beyond to help out. I couldn’t be happier! Duane truck 381 is the best. Love DEC !

I needed something that showed my name and my husbands name on the bill for my health insurance,we spoke to approximately three people and I wish I would of gotten their names this was so unstressful very friendly and capation ate they listen to us and help us out tremendously in a very timely fashion hopefully you can look us up and find out who we spoke to and please thank them for such great service is hard to come by these days !!!! but you all were outstanding thank you valoree stulir

DEC contractors without warning stormed through our neighborhood making it look like a war zone. Their mission? Trimming around electrical boxes. The reality? Ripping out shrubs that were in my case not even remotely blocking the box. They left debris, gaping holes, shrubs cut in half and didn't remove roots. Disgusting way to treat customers.
