Love love love my doctor! Dr. Ficula is soooooo kind, soooooooo pleasant, great bedside manners, great communication, he goes over everything in detail, he shows that he cares about all of his patients. He is also my husband's doctor as well. My husband had a triple bypass surgery in 2019 and since his heart attack, Dr. Ficula has been all in with him and his front office, Ms. Sharon is a doll, she's the sweetest front desk clerk I've every met.

We love Dr. Ficula and his staff.

I have been going to Dr. Robert E. Ficula for over ten years. I always experience a great and pleasant atmosphere. A smile always with him, as well as his staff. They are the best! You don't have to worry about missing your appointment. You will get a call and text a few days before. Also the day of texting Looking Forward to Seeing You!!!! That is so Awesome!

I really love how Dr. Ficula understood my needs & concerns. He was great at explaining what would happen & how & answered all my questions. When leaving my appointment I thanked God for him as he was so sensitive to major concerns I had. He picked up on them & addressed them. Also since he has osteopath training he understood the relationship between my heart issues & my back problems & injuries. I am very pleased with Dr. Ficula.

Dr. Ficula and his staff are always professional, courteous and listen to you. They don't rush you through the appointment. I had grave concerns over Governor Abbott's mask mandate. I am a firm believer in leaving my safety in the hands of scientists and medical professionals. My life is my paramount concern; not the economy; without my health, everything else is secondary. Dr. Ficula took time to reassure me that his office would still follow the guidelines of the CDC. That made me feel valued as a patient and human being.

Heart Place in Red Oak is a very warm and welcoming facility showing great kindness and consideration to their patients. I was very impressed with how well Dr. Ficula listened to all my questions and answered every one of them. He gave me his full attention and never once made me feel rushed.

I've been seeing Dr. Ficula for four years. He's great. He explains things well, has a great sense of humor and is kind and patient. I recommend him if you are looking for a cardiologist. The HeartPlace office has everything you'll need for testing, too. Easy to park. The staff is great too.

Love everyone there. From the receptionist, Shannon and throughout the office everyone is so nice. Dr. Ficula is very patient and answers all my questions. Spends as much time as I need with him.
