Didn't get the guys name but he was super helpful in helping me find the perfect fit for my tux. Super friendly and helpful, he accommodated me to all my needs without any troubles. Had the best deal too compared to the other shops nearby, he sent me to get my pants tailored few shops down for $10. Would come back again if I needed a different suit or tux!

This store has the best customer service. They went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. My son is a big guy. They didn’t have a tuxedo that fit him and we had to get them all here so they all matched. They found a way to tailor his tuxedo to fit him. Yes, it cost me more but that’s okay because they made it work. If you’re looking for tuxedos this is the place to go. Carlos helped us and was great. He went above and beyond to make it possible for us to have our tuxedos in time and to make sure my son had a tuxedo that fit him. He gave us excellent customer service. The whole team there gave us excellent service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

This store has a great selection of suits but most importantly the best customer service that we have ever received in the La fashion district. We went to LA to buy a suit for my brother and ended up buying 3 suits! My brother loves his suits and he’s received a lot of compliments from coworkers at his new job. The salesperson gave us a great deal and was very helpful and knew what he was doing. Despite being so busy on a Saturday, he made us feel that our business was important. Definitely recommend this store and will go again!

Totally recommend this place!!! Best service and amazing deals!! My husband has been getting suits from this place for years now. He is always getting compliments at work on his suites =) Quality is Great! Husband, dad and all of the guys in our wedding party got their suits here and were all satisfied and happy! We recommend this place to all of our friends and families and will tell you to definitely go check them out if you wanna look good and at a good price! 🙂

They willingly sold me tuxedo pants that were too small because they “can’t mix and match sizes” but assured me that the tailor down the street would be able to take the pants out with the material inside.
When the tailor told me they couldn’t and would have to cut length from the pant legs and couldn’t loosen the pants all the way down, the person who sold the suit to me said Final Sale, no returns. Knowing that I only bought because he assured me the pants could be taken out with material inside pants. Pretty dishonest.

Not a terrible place really. I was visiting LA from the east coast recently and my brother brought me here. Got a pretty good deal with 3 suits, 3 shirts, 3 ties, and 3 belts for 330. However, within the first day of me getting home and wearing one of the suits, a couple of the belt holsters around the waist ripped off.

Now normally this isn't a big deal. But it's the principle of the matter that already a brand new suit has started to fall apart and I'm not even anywhere close to take it back in to show them. And I have called both numbers listed on the business card I was given for the past week and gotten nothing but voicemail and no call back either. Can I recommend this place? Sure. Lotta good stuff available here and the people running it seem to know what they're doing. But if you're not local to LA, good luck getting a hold of anyone.

EDIT: After finally getting senpai to notice me, I feel compelled to revisit this review and am withdrawing the "knows what they're doing" bit that I previously stated at the time of reviewing. It puzzles me that someone can run a business and never once try to offer or upsell the "good quality" merchandise that is hinted at in the owner's response. So, to that end, thank you for the "so so quality" suits. I will wear them into the ground, however long that may take, but when I am in the area again I will visit one of your many competitors who DO know what they're doing.
