We always lose power even over a small simple rainstorm. Just this month three separate times left with no power for hours. very annoying. My mom lives less than two mins from me and she never goes without power. She has og&e.

On 12/18/23 we came home to no 220 in the house. We called ECE and they were here quickly. They got us fixed up within an hour and we are so thankful. Great service!

I've been a new customer since 4/1/23. Im satisfied with the cost, but very unhappy with how easily my power shuts off. Every storm since April, I have lost power up 2 hours at a time. Just now a storm is passing beside me causing only strong winds. My power went on and off 6 or 7 times within 10 minutes. Why does it take so little to make my power go off? I'm 37 yr old and I've never dealt with such unstable electricity in any of my homes. If anything can be done please let me know?

I want to thank the hard working libe men/women who fix our power lines. I know the storm was bad and affected many people. Our little community of 25+ mostly older residents appreciate that you were able to restore our power quickly. We had 5 power lines down and all were replaced. You often have complaints but I want to thank you. Great job to all the employees.

This place needs to retrain the employee on talking with customers this lady would not let me speak and explain what's going on with my electric. It's shut off and my bill says the 7th it's due and they are making me pay almost $500 to get it back on. The lady would not let me speak for nothing and was very rude and unprofessional. I will be changing my electric company back to pso they are better then this company now that they just cut people's electric off and didn't call or anything before they turned it off and I have 3kids. Easy Centrals employees are very rude not to mention the truck drivers that drive the electric trucks are very rude and will cut you off coming out of the electric department. Need to retrain all workers.

While 52% of Tulsa County (PSO & O&GE) is still without power 18 hours after a storm, ECEC restored my power in less than 5 hours. This was actually the longest outage I’ve experienced in 6 years with this cooperative. I am extremely thankful for the service provided by ECEC. Thank you!
