Stopped by looking for a fridge, Chris Allison introduced himself at the door and gave us a lay-out of the land. He provided a tape measure and didn’t hassle us just checked up on us. We picked out the fridge and got a deep freezer as well. Everything was smooth and pleasant.

We purchased our first appliance from East Coast several years ago. After ordering a washer dryer from a big box. We were only shipped the dryer and told for weeks the washer was "Back Ordered". We called East Coast and they had several in stock. We wound up buying it the same day we called and cancelled with the big box. We later ordered our Refrigerator and Dishwasher from East coast great prices and most important in stock. Great staff too. We are customers for life now.

Brandy was amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted and took me straight to the washer and dryer and found me the products I wanted in the color I wanted and arranged the delivery that was appropriate to my timeline… it was the easiest purchase I’ve made for a major appliance ever!

First I will give credit where credit is due. Chris did great with the sale. After that, customer service is laughable and the installation team is a joke and rude. We went in to get a stove and ended up buying a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher too. The deal was good but clearly you get what you pay for. Cheaper is not always better. I'm still waiting for my stove (the thing I actually needed) and honestly I don't even want the items after the awful customer service. The installer came to deliver our dishwasher, my husband asked if he could cover his shoes he responded no they don't let us and what do you want me to do, cover the dolly wheels? Wow, seriously!? My husband called the store and was met with indifference by the woman that answered. This is a simple customer request, there is no need for an attitude. It will be a cold day in the he!! before we spend money ever again with this company.

My daughter needed a new washer. She went to east coast appliances store and she is so very happy with the great customer service she received and how informative Stacy was. It was an easy process and she left with what she wanted/ needed!
