We recently had a couple plugs suddenly stop working at our house, one of which affected our water softener, so I called up Elect Electric. They were extremely friendly, professional, helpful and got us set-up with an appointment in only a couple days. Danny stopped by this morning with Natalie and it took them all of 2 minutes to address the problem. Now our plugs are working great for our Christmas decorations as well as our water softener. Danny was wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable and offered to send us a quote for future upgrades to our plugs. Will definitely be using Elect Electric for all future needs and highly recommend that everyone else in north county & the greater SLO area do the same!

I used this company in 2019 and they were very responsive and awesome.
I tried to get on their calendar last year to do some repairs on the new house that I live in but they were going on vacation and weren't gonna be back for a month so I went ahead and put it on the back burner. I finally decided that I need these 2 outlets outside fixed. So I called them up and was told that they would need to do a full power examination on my house in order to determine why these outlets aren't working and the initial cost would be $330 before Even servicing the outlets for me. Never in my life have I hired a electrician who wants to do this. they must really be hurting for money because this is not something that is normal. I called another electrician and asked them about it and they just started laughing. I have someone else coming out to fix my outlets without charging me this incredibly large fee for an unnecessary inspection. Now I see why you have so many bad reviews. Goodluck surviving in this competitive industry.
