These guys are AMAZING!!!! You will not find better customer service anywhere! They are very up front & honest, lowest prices around & SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! I have been here multiple times & for some pretty crazy repairs (in my opinion) & we still use one of the first phones they repaired as a back up so awesome quality as well!

Elect Tech cleaned my cell phone charge port twice making it able to take a charge. I have thrown away so many phones because of this issue and they have extended the life of my phone for years! Great people with an excellent attitude!

wouldn’t cross my mind that these folks can get a kitchen blender to play sweet child o’ mine, send a smart tv to college, heck i’m sure they could even program a rumba to wrap xmas gifts!!

all jokes aside, great environment n amazing staff!

highly recommended!!!!! unlike other tech shops who specialize in mobile and computer repair, these guys will tackle pretty much any odd job. if not they will get you pointed in the right direction? was also shocked how cheap the parts, repair, and labor were!

Called about a home network question, and while they can't perform the specific service, Brandon was extremely helpful, did some sleuthing, then actually called me back with what he found. Brandon and Brooke are two of the most honest, driven young professionals I've had the pleasure to meet. They both worked hard to solve a tricky issue I was having with my phone, and expertly replaced my Galaxy S7 Edge screen. I never felt rushed or overcharged which has unfortunately been my experience at larger chain stores . I can't say enough good things about StrideTech, but their most impressive quality (which I personally experienced, and saw in their interaction with the other customers) is honesty.
