I've never really had any issues with them. Unless I call customer service I'd say 8 out of 10 times. The customer service people just aren't that great. I'm sorry. I don't know if it's cuz maybe they don't get paid a lot and they don't want to be or they're just incompetent. And if they're not happy with what they paid fire them and find people that will be grateful. Maybe that would change some things. Maybe someday I'll come in here and the reviews will be great for electric district. Fingers crossed!

I have never experienced such blatant incompetence from any company of any field in my entire life. They cut power when you've already paid. They cut power in the middle of the summer during the hottest days when it's quite literally illegal to do so. They are slow to respond and half of them never "know what's going on". You can have money in the account and they'll still cut your power off and act stupid when you call to speak with them. They should be embarrassed, but they would have to care, first. I'd have given them 0 stars but it wasn't an option.

I’d give less stars if I could, quite possibly the worste utility company you could ever have. Rude un helpful literally cut your power off after your account is up to date and take forever to bring it back you are the worste company

The power is always going out. We never receive updates on the situation. I submitted a rebate for installing a Tesla charger in my garage, and it been almost two months and haven’t heard back. I know they received it cause I got an email stating that they received it and would look into it. Terrible company.

Trash company should get negative stars, grid goes down if there's a slight breeze, takes forever to get issues fixed, can't get a hold of anyone. A generator powered by a hamster would be more reliable. Another power company needs to come out here, they would make a killing, everyone would switch!!! Any positive reviews are from family members or employees.
