We not only had the worst customer experience ever with this company, but also the rudest, starting from the condescending reception desk to the technician who came and treated us as if we were there to serve them, all the way up to the management. The common thread is their lack of expertise, their unprofessionalism and their exceptional unwillingness to listen or help. This very long and arduous experience began in January and took 5 months to finally resolve. We started with a small problem with our 4 year old Bosch wall oven which had worked perfectly until then. The first technician destroyed the installation we had paid a professional to do. When he realized he had stripped our wood, he put screws in new locations which he never should have done as it permanently scratched the oven door. Further, it was not put back in properly which caused very loud sounds and vibrations each time it was turned on, which could be heard from the front and even into the next room from behind the wall. I was instructed to speak to a manager, Claude Jette to complain. This person is harder to reach out to than the Pope. Within a 2 month period from March to May, I tried calling, they told me to send an email. I emailed, no response. I followed up two times more until finally someone replied to my email that they forwarded my complaint to Mr. Jette. He never contacted me. Finally yesterday I had an appointment to repair all the problems with the oven. The same technician who came the previous time, who knew the wood had been damaged by one of his coworkers arrived with another technician. Despite the fact that I was called in the morning at 10:01 am to confirm they would be at my home between 1 and 3 pm, they arrived at 4 pm. They started moaning halfway through the job about what a long day they had had, how they were tired and they wanted to go home. They rushed the service to compensate for the late hour, meanwhile we took the entire day off from work to wait for them, and a month to get the appointment. One of the technicians kept bugging me to hurry up to make them a cappuccino and ended up not even drinking it and leaving it on the table. All we wanted after 5 months was to have an oven that worked properly as it did before. We wanted to make sure they tested it before leaving. He said he preferred to go home and come back again if the oven still had problems after he left. What We told him that after 6 months and 4 visits, we were not interested in prolonging the repair for more visits as if we had nothing better to do. They had already come 3 previous separate times for the same problem!!! How was it our fault that he only showed up at 4 pm? I won’t even prolong this review by giving details about previous service call where I had a problem with my hood fan but when he arrived; he couldn’t see the problem and refused to run some diagnostics tests, just closed the ticket and told us the problem was resolved even though we still continue to have the problem. When I called the receptionist to complain afterwards, she literally told me it’s not up to us to decide if something is wrong with our appliance. She told me it was up to them to decide. So what does that mean? We are calling for service when nothing is wrong? Run away from this company, choose anyone else. And just a little note to management: had you not refused to speak to us, the problem would not have escalated to a bad review. And you had the audacity to send us a survey afterwards? Good luck.

Brought in my monitor for repairs, said it would take 1-3 weeks and it ended up taking 2 as they had to order the part required, so shipping time caused delays.

If shipping was quicker and more efficient between warehouse and store, I'd give this a 5/5.

Not having my work monitor for 2 weeks was awful.

However I will say that staff is friendly, and the repairman called me to tell me exactly what went wrong, and how to avoid it happening in the future. He was very professional and helpful.

I've had an ongoing, terrible experience with Electro Experts regarding an FF E error code on my refrigerator. A technician called Vicome (incorrect spelling) came by but only stayed for about 5 minutes. He simply opened the fridge doors, claimed everything was fine, reset the system, and mentioned he might request a replacement part.

Later, Electro Experts called to schedule a visit for the new part. I explained that I needed to coordinate with someone else to be at my place since I couldn't be there. The representative told me to call back to set a date. Meanwhile, my fridge continued to display the FF E error code repeatedly on Sunday, July 21st.

Despite my instructions to call back for scheduling, I had an unexpected appointment set for July 22nd. The technician called at 8:50 am, stating he would arrive between 11:30 am and 1 pm. I managed to arrange for someone to be at my place by 12 pm and confirmed this with the technician. However, at 11:25 am, he called saying he was already at my door. When I asked about the agreed time of 12 pm, he denied it was ever discussed.

The person I arranged to be there was on their way and would arrive in 10 minutes. When I asked the technician to wait, he said he could only wait 5 minutes because he was busy, despite the given timeframe of 11:30 am to 1 pm. My contact arrived within 10 minutes, only to find the technician had left and refused to return, speaking disrespectfully.

Now, I have to wait until Friday, July 26th, while my fridge remains non-functional. It's hard to see the “experts” here since the issue wasn't resolved in the first visit.

Ils devaient venir pour une réparation concernant des taches sur les vêtements faites par ma laveuse Samsung (ils sont leur sous-traitants pour les réparations) et le technicien qui semblait peu expérimenté (confus, oublié des outils avant son RV, parlait à peine français, a appelé ses collègues pour de l’aide…) est passé 3 fois (3 semaines de délai) pour finalement « réparer » ma laveuse. Le lendemain, au premier lavage, des vis se sont mises à tomber sous la laveuse, un bruit atroce s’est fait entendre et la beine s’est complètement décentrée! J’ai du arrêté le cycle en plein milieu, par peur de faire encore plus de dommage.

Ce bris est causé par le technicien lors d’une mauvaise manipulation lors du remontage de l’appareil et n’a rien à voir avec la raison de l’appel initial. J’ai dû attendre encore 2 ou 3 semaines et 2 rendez-vous pour me faire dire qu’il manquait une pièce qui n’existait plus chez Samsung…

Donc maintenant que Samsung ne veut pas me dédommager logiquement, Electro-Experts ne semble pas plus vouloir réparer leur propre gaffe. Cela fait depuis le 23 avril que j’attends une solution de leur part!

Monsieur Dugas, responsable de mon dossier, a retourné 1 de mes appels pour me dire qu’il allait s’informer auprès de Samsung! Donc après plus d’un mois, 2 courriels et 2 appels, il n’avait toujours pas pris connaissance de la situation. Je n’aurai d’autres choix que de me tourner vers une mise en demeure… vraiment décourageant de constater que personne ne prend responsabilité pour un bris du genre.

Marco, je ne sais pas qui vous êtes mais si mon dossier vous tenait à cœur, mr Dugas m’aurait rappeler faire un suivi avec moi. Ça fait plus 2 semaines quil m’a dit: je vous rappelle ce soir!
