I use Electroferta for all my appliances.
I recently broke the glass on the door of my wood burner.
Went to Electroferta, and they explained the original would be very expensive.
They said they could order me a glass, but gave me the address in Pombal where I could go and order a glass.
Took a sample of broken glass and sizes and they cut me a piece right away.
Excellent service all round.

Very helpful and cheerful staff. The shop has a very comprehensive stock of electrical appliances, including pellet stoves, fridges, washing machines and televisions.They also provide a delivery service for larger items and are MEO dealership.

Always had good service and very rarely unable to get what I need. I managed to get every appliance I required for a new kitchen under the one roof, something very difficult to do at major outlets. I prefer and like to support independent dealers.

Amazing shop in a small village with everything electric you want, from toothbrushes, washingmachines and large fridge freezers. They even have long and pellet burners. Vania that helped us is extremely knowledgable and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better service. If you need a new appliance or a kettle this is definitely the place.
