washer leaked a bit for the first year. failed to get a tech to fix...only leaked occasionally.
turned out to be bad design ( i figured it out myself) - update - reading other reviews - i see other folks reporting same issue - water spills out over the top of the detergent filler tray - water ends up on the floor.
!! Bad design - no real fix !!
Fast forward 2024 - washer is dead. E5 code on the display, washer wont run a cycle and it might be a dead motor.
Equator service was useless. fill out their "contact us" form and never get a reply. Call their support # and leave a message, never get a call back.
I can't imagine ever recommending these appliances to anyone.

First my washer started leaking from the detergent drawer and they told me to jack up the front legs to tilt it back. And I disagreed and didn’t want to but did anyways. After doing laundry with it like that it totally failed. With error code E5 they sent a guy who replaced the motor and the detergent drawer and the mother board. Couldn’t figure out any problem. Still with error code. They send me a new washer. After telling me I must remove the other one myself and install the new one. The new one gets here and during install open the washer to get the box with information and it’s all black molded and wet. This whole experience has been awful on top of all this. They are telling me I only have the short amount of remaining warranty from the prior machine on the new machine. I am considering an attorney to get my money back these machines don’t last. First one wasn’t even half a year old. Pics below are the new machine with mold.

Just bought the stackable units for our yacht. Haven’t used them enough yet to comment, but i will say i have not seen this kind of customer service in a long time. Had a little issue with the control panel ( possibly due to Home Depot laying it in it side) and the tech department jumped right on it. They called me several times. When was the last time you a tech support reach out to you! Can’t say enough about how pleased I’ve been so far. Keep up the great work!

Do not read the reviews and expect to receive amazing customer service. This company has failed to answer the phone on many occasions and it is impossible to speak with an American. Any time a call has been answered it has been a friendly from a foreign country. Needless to say, the countless calls to various phone numbers provided without answers. This review is not after one experience. We bought our washer/dryer combo two months ago and this has been the scenario each time we’ve reached out. I will never recommend this company. The machine works well, we do have some issues we are trying to resolve, like leaking from the dryer vent with the vent hose connected properly. Currently on the phone and the gentleman can not even answer the question. This is outrageously horrible customer service. I wish I chose GE or LG.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! MY MACHINE QUIT WORKING AFTER 5 MONTHS OF PURCHASING IT BRAND NEW. THE MANUFACTURER HAS GAVE ME A HUGE RUN AROUND FOR OVER 3 MONTHS! ITS STILL NOT FIXED AND THEY ARE NIT WANTING TO GIVE ME A REFUND! HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Ever since I purchased this unit I've been having issued with the fan motor. Appliance Desk has had this issue addressed multiple times and the same problem keeps happening. I requested a new unit and in good faith I went with along with the repairs instead. I wish I had pushed harder for a new unit. No surprise, the fan motor has again broken as seen in the pictures below. It has been the same problem each time. So now I'm told that I will have to dump hundreds of dollars into a unit that will most likely have the exact same problem again.
-This is not done by improper use. Not sure where that information came from. I always kept the proper spacing on the sides, back, top, and bottom of the unit. I ran the wash cycle and when that cycle was complete I ran the dry cycle. I then received an E-12 error and smoke was pouring from the top of the machine. Please let me know who claims I don't know how to use this machine. I only spoke to one person since this happened and no one came to inspect the machine nor did anyone ask any questions. All I was told was that the warranty had expired. So your response must be based on conjecture or false information. This same issue has been happening to this unit since I received it.

I purchased an Equator washer dryer from Lowes website. They only give 48 hours for returns. It took me 1 week to get unloaded from my truck and hooked up. The dryer doesn’t work and the machine flooded my apartment. I can’t get any service from Lowe’s because I purchased it from their website. Come to find out it’s a cheap brand they are selling. And I can’t get help to get it serviced. I never would have purchased from them! Update: Lowe’s can’t help. And Equator won’t call me back. Lowe’s manager said I should have checked the reviews before I purchased it ?! So I’m stuck with a brand new unit that doesn’t work and no help getting it repaired.
