FBS was the only appliance company in Austin that had a KitchenAid downdraft cooktop. When we picked it up, we found a hairline crack after we opened it. We reported this situation to Hogan, and without hesitation had an excellent service person come and replace the glass top (we did not know that could be done). With such excellent service we returned to purchase a microwave from them. Excellent company and the whole staff we encountered was excellent.

We moved to Austin a little over a year ago. Built a new home and FBS was the appliance provider. Worked with Blake (sales) and Stacy (Customer Care) who both exceeded expectations. We moved to an older home (yep, crazy) and needed a couple of new appliances. Working again with Blake and Stacy, again provided timely responses and service as well as product selection advice and affordable pricing. Chris installed the new units, noticed a water line incorrectly installed and fixed it. From sales to service to installation- this is the dream team. Thank you, FBS!!!!

FBS was our supplier of appliances on our custom built home and very pleased with the Bosch package that we bought. I had a Bosch dishwasher that was less than one year old when it died. Bosch said the machine was defective and they would replace it with at no cost. They said FPS appliance would be the installer. Karin at FPS reached out to me to schedule the appointment. She said she was sending one of her best installers. And she was right. Joey, the installer, called me to let me know when he would be at my home and he was right on time. Over the years, I've had several appliances installed, but nothing was as pleasant as this experience. Joey was professional and expert. Overall, the best experiences I've ever had with an appliance retailer.

Blake Laugen is an amazing guy, he came in to fix issues with appliances that we had in a new house that we had just moved in to, he went above and beyond of what his job required him to do.
So helpful and eager to help in any capacity, he fixed so many issues for us, always with a smile on his face and a great attitude.
I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a reliable, smart and honest repair person.

Hogan and the staff at FBS are incredible. They are the anti-salesman approach to buying, they were not pushy and were extremely helpful and skilled with recommendations. They will not sell you something you do not need and actively present lower cost options. This is how you are suppose to do customer service. Thank you guys!
