Pat and his assistant fixed my heater's cast iron broken pipe. Even though he's an electrician, I asked him if he could help with that, and he said yes. I heard it all from other people - it was not possible to be fixed because it's an old house with a very old heating system, it's hard to fix iron pipes, have to open the entire ceiling to see where the pipes join, etc, etc. Who knew it was actually fixable without all the drama? The pipe broke and leaked through my ceiling because of improper installation, where water has been sitting in the lowest part for years. Eventually, the rust won. He cut and replaced the part, including the pipes going to the radiator. Closed and finished the ceiling with 2x4s and sheetrock, ready for paint. Some issues with the size of the new pipe came into the middle of the job, and he did not hesitate to drive around to 3 stores to find the necessary part. I am beyond happy with all the jobs he's done for me. He's excellent and trustworthy. He's always the first person I call for any fixes around the house I need. I can highly recommend him!

My initial interactions with Pat were good. I asked Pat if he could install a bypass for my pool heater which he said he could. Although he did install the bypass, the overall job was sloppy. He/his assistant got pvc primer on my floor, which is now stained.

He then suggested that I switch the breakers that my pool heater and light were on to GFI breakers. I agreed and paid him in advance for the work. He said he would come back in a couple of days to replace the breakers, but never did. When I followed up with him, he claims he came by but my gate was locked, but did not bother to call or even ring my doorbell.

He eventually agreed to give me a refund, but it has been over 2 weeks and I still have not received a refund. He has also stopped responding to my messages.

I would not recommend working with Pat. If you decide to have Pat do work for you, I would highly suggest not paying for anything until the work is done.

Pat is a real gentleman. I called about an electrical problem in the morning and by 2:30 PM, he and his assistant were at the house. Efficient and knowledgeable, they got everything done in no time, he even went out of the way to report an electrical issue at a neighbor’s house to the local power authority.

My AC split system had a bad leak, and it was very hard to diagnose. Pat came and performed different tests until the issue was resolved. It took a long time because we had to wait between the tests to see if the leak had stopped. On 2 occasions, he and his assistant worked full days under the scorching sun in 95-degree weather. He went above and beyond to fix the issue. In the middle of the biggest heat, when the AC wasn't working, he even brought temporary inside AC units so I could live in the house. I don't know of a company that would do that. Ever! He's courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and just plain good human. He accommodated all my requests. All in all, I have used Pat for different jobs, and I can't recommend him enough.
