I agree with the other person who said, "you don't come to this place looking for stellar customer service" because it's not there! However, if you're looking for used/refurbished appliances that will last for more than 10 years, THIS IS THE PLACE!! I'v bought two houses in the past 11 years, and the appliances (2 fridges, 2 stoves, deep freezer), I bought ten years ago still works perfectly.

I bought a refrigerator used. Nice looking GE profile. Never worked right. I spent $250 more trying to fix it. Lost $400 worth of food. Finally I bought a new fridge because it was only a matter of time until someone in my family would end up in the emergency room. Buy a used fridge and you'll be smelling your milk and wondering. Sorry, I like the man but he has no re-spect for his customers.

Will not be back. They say they fix the appliances before they sell them but it's not true. They also tell you that you have 30 days to return their appliances but it's really hard. I'd be really cautious of this place. I got an LG washer from them that didn't work, it wouldn't drain water. At first they told me it's my fault, finally, after a long conversation, they sent someone to "fix" it. When the guy arrived, he didn't do anything I hadn't tried. Unplugged it, plugged in, turned it on and off. Then he told me he's not a mechanic and he'll have to talk to his boss since he couldn't get it to work. After another 3 days, they told me they would deliver a different washer in a day I would be at work. When I told him I wasn't free he told me either I do it on the day he's free or it could take another week or 2. The whole process took a week and a half. Had I known, I would have gone to a real appliances store.

I bought a used refrigerator for my rental property... paid about $250 puls $75.00 delivery to temple hills MD.... had no problems the service was good for The price I paid. Saved me a few hundred dollars and am about to use them again to buy 2 washing machine combo units for my other rental properties.

Perfectly fine place. You don't go to a place like this for stellar customer service. Over the years I've bought a washer and a drier over the phone, sight unseen because I couldn't get to the store, and the machines worked just fine.

Bought a gas stove doesn't work. Won't come out and make repairs even though it's under warranty.
Hate when you buy a item they claim tested and guaranteed to work.
Have it installed and it's junk! Only one burner works and the oven is garbage!

Worst place. Sells junks that don't work very long. Appliances work temporary and they will flat out lie to you. Be careful, they have other stores with different names but the same people.

Call ahead. Find out your options. Then visit and negotiate...they refinish appliances to a good quality.
