They were used by our builder in 2019 and this wiring is the worst job ever. The house was wired with commercial lighting wires, thin, and every year 2 fuses blow out in the fuse box. 8 now.

The team at Fore Electric has been a pleasure to work with. They are the electricians that was used by the builder of our new home. When I noticed a minor issue with an outlet outside of our home, I called and they came that same day to fix it. Another time, I called because another trade had cut a line to one our outlets on accident. They came out and had that squared away in no time. Today, I hired them to re-wire my AC unit (I had it moved around the corner of my house) and run a new circuit for our pool that is being built next month. They are a great team to work with, and I can't recommend them enough.

Trash company! They are super unprofessional and very over priced! They were hired by my builder highland homes. They serviced my house and after 1 my warranty expired. Now my breaker box keeps shorting out and my fridge also bedrooms in my house, the power shuts off randomly. This is a cheap garbage company that rips people off. Also, they never send out techs to service the homes they worked on. Stay away from the company! They should be shut down and put out of business

I called Fore Electric to have someone figure out why anytime I turn on my overhead can lights my TV reception is scrambled. I called them because they were the contractor that wired my “new built” home about 1.5 yrs prior. I knew I was no longer under warranty.

The woman on the phone said one of the guys would call me to schedule an appt. a week goes by and no call so I call again. The same woman answers and tells me she still shows my appt. and the guys had been really busy but someone would call. Well no one EVER called me. I called them because I figured since they wired my home they might have an idea where to find the problem. My TV still scrambles when the overhead cans are on. If they don’t intend to service residential customers they should not put their contact info in my breaker panel.

They Installed light fixtures at my brand new house. The Lights keep burning out and two flood lights never turned on. We have called more than 10 times and they never schedule anything or call us back!!!!! They deserve 0 stars. Never use them unless you hate yourself and your house.

Experience was not good. This company did the electricity in our house when it was built. Three years later we are having a problem and requested a service call. Since its been longer than a year they are going to charge $95 just to come out and take a look. Fixing the problem will be more. While I don't love that policy, I said okay and scheduled a service call. Service call was scheduled for a Monday 8 am - 12 pm. At 12:15 I called to ask when they would be here. The man who answered the phone was very rude and acted like he was doing me a favor for checking to see when he would be there. I told him that he didn't need to check, I had taken the morning off work and needed to get going. He asked if I wanted to re-schedule and I told him no thanks I would just go with another company. The combination of charging me to fix work they had done wrong in the first place along with missing my appointment was enough for me. He continued to act very rude and became argumentative. The whole experience left me feeling like I was bothering the company by asking them to come out and take a look at their work. Made me think that they are just interested in working with the builder to put up homes as cheaply as they can and don't really care what happens after the house is up.

I would suggest another company if you are looking for friendly customer service.

New construction on southern homes sucked (2018) . All my breakers click off all the times, even my neighbors … smh. It started happening after 1 year of construction. I’m still having issues. Unbelievable. I called them and they said since it was after warranty I’d have to pay. Even after I told them some of my neighbors were having the same issues. Southern Homes should not be using this garbashhh of company.
