I brought a refrigerator 5months ago & it stopped cooling I had to get rid of all my food because of this. Don’t support this business. Then I was told I had to pay $50 for the owner to come out & look at the refrigerator to find out what’s wrong with it . Bad for business need to be shut down.

I have dealt with this appliance store twice. Yes it took me twice to learn. The first time I needed a dishwasher. The guy told me he could have the top of the line dishwasher installed in my kitchen in 24 hours. I paid top of the line also - no special deal. The dishwasher had to be fixed twice in six months. The start button didn't work all the time and the dishes did not dry. My appliance handyman, another payment, said it was probably a refurb but I will never know. The second time was a month after I brought the dishwasher, my town had a terrible storm and my refrigerator drawers went dead. He said he would sent someone to get the right measurements with a house charge and then call me with my options. To this day no call back but asked for house charge payment the day he came to measure. I didn't bother calling him again because by that time the dishwasher was failing. I got my drawers from a reputable guy that gave me a great deal. Never again with Frank's appliances.

Several months ago I purchased a used stainless steel Whirlpool refrigerator at Frank Appliances. It was like new and works great. It was delivered and installed. They even took the old refrigerator. The service was very great and we loved the price!
Since I had such a great experience I decided to go back to buy a used stove. Again I bought a stainless steel Whirlpool stove with 5 burners. It’s beautiful and has many features to work with. But as good as the stove is, it doesn’t compare to the level of service provided by Frank, his lovely wife and daughter. The old gas connections were too old and didn’t fit the new stove so Frank went above and beyond by providing the right connectors and now we have s great stove at a great price. I would HIGHLY recommend Frank Appliances if you’re shopping for kitchen appliances but don’t want to break the bank.

Both fridges broke. First one wouldn't cool at all. Everything in the freezer thawed out and spoiled. Got into an argument and got excuses based on their 'warranty' service. They refused to come service it or repair. When I came back to the store we worked out a deal to replace the fridge. Second one leaks constantly and only works on 'coldest' setting. Selling garbage appliances and waste of money and time. Will order a new one from a store. Shameful.

I have never left a review for any business but had to do so for this one because I can’t believe the hell they putting us through because of a refrigerator. I was in great need of a refrigerator for my family and I, and was excited to experience my first big purchase as a young adult. I chose to do business with this place because of the reviews and based on the kids that were running the store, how well mannered they were to my mother and I, and assumed I made the right choice. Not only was I mistaken but it has caused more problems for my family and I. Not only do we need to find a new refrigerator because pieces were broken inside the fridge but also because the ice machine itself is rusty, the refrigerator has this weird smell we thought would go away because of it not being used for a while but now we also need to look for an exterminator because the fridge bought in bugs. Which, we seen in the store and complained about it initially, they brushed it off saying they’ll clean it out beforehand and etc. The entire family comes to our house and hooks up the fridge and still, I am unsure of whom the owner is but no one complained about seeing bugs in our house then, they were too amazed at how it looked. What makes this situation worse is not only do they barely speak English but also were very rude once after we made our complaints and then accused us for the reason we have bugs because of where we live. The funny thing is, after all the years of living here we have never had an issue with bugs which is sad to say how prejudice that was to assume that. Their solution to this huge mess they’ve created and my poor judgement of choosing this place is taking their fridge back as if they are doing us a favor like we don’t need somewhere to store our food. So not only did you falsely sold me a bug infested fridge and say you’ll clean it out but then, you also insult where I live knowing that anybody that was here to put the fridge together seen how lovely my house actually is. Instead of stooping down to your level and suing you, I will honestly write this review instead and know that God will bless us with a better fridge and now an exterminator too. This situation pisses me off but I can’t do anything else but laugh at your business coming to shambles because of your poor customer service and unsatisfactory of a store you so call run. Only great part of the business is the kids.

I called for a refrigerator which was not working and they said it would cost $35.00 to come to the house which I agreed. The gentleman came to the house and looked at it and said it needed a new fan. He was going to look for one and replace it. I agree. After a day or two I called to inquire about the fan and no one answered. I left a message. Waited a few more days and called again and spoke to someone. They said they could not find a used fan and if I’d like to give in my refrigerator for another one that they have which I looked when I had first visited but they were not in good shape and so I said I will pass on the offer. I just would have appreciated a simple phone call to let me know they could not find it instead of letting days and days pass without calling me back. Not good customer service.

I bought a fridge here and not even 2 months later, it stopped cooling. I called and asked if they can come and fix this issue and was told I would be charged $60 just for him to look at it. Looking at the reviews, they sell people faulty appliances. The customer service is trash too. Please don’t waste your money.

I bought a black used refrigerator there for $250 which I thought was a little too expensive but they delivered it for me right away within 25 minutes, gave me a 3 month warranty, it was very clean, and so far after 3 weeks it works very well and is nice and cold. Like I said before, the only detriment was that being that it's a used 2nd hand refrigerator and only average size, $250 was a little too much but everything else was good. They were very professional.
