I have been buying appliances from here since I got my first house in 2013! I have gotten every appliance a house needs from here! Kelly is always so quick to get back with me on what she has or what she can do for me and the staff there are so helpful and nice! Highly recommend this is the ONLY place you go for your home furnishing needs!

My stove recently went out. When I went to Genuine Appliances I was greeted by Deena. She helped me with looking at different stoves and help me with the different options. After I picked out the stove I wanted I decided to get a new mattress for my granddaughter. Deena was also knowledgeable in this area and helped to get the best ones for my needs. If I could give "-10" I would. My dryer has been out since the 18th of December. It's now the 9th of January. I was told it'd take a couple of days to get the part approved then about a day to get the part in. Been calling every week. Sometimes twice a week.
Finally yesterday I called the warranty company myself and they said the part was approved on the 2nd. Funny that the manager who was over this had told me the part wasn't approved yet the last time I spoke w/her. Nice. When I talked to her today I told her that the part was approved on the 2nd. She said yes and I ordered the part. Then why didn't she mention that the last time I spoke to her - you know that it was approved and part ordered. If she'd ordered it and part approved the last time I talked with her then she should've told me then.
Misery really does love company. And this Festus branch must love it if every employee is as conscientious as her ?

I have been a customer of Genuine Appliance for several years, and most of the time Deena is the sales person I work with. She is riendly, knowledgeable and fast. I recently purchased a refrigerator in less than 10 minutes She knows her appliances! I’ve always had good service in the store, they have a really good extended warranty plan, and their service department if you have an issue is great and as fast as getting the parts to fix it let’s them be. Not too mention…I always find the best deals there, every time I’ve bought an appliance, they have beat the box box store’s price. Wouldn’t buy anywhere else. And I want to mention fast friendly delivery.
