Excellent service every step of the way. Sue Keith was very helpful explaining the difference in various products. Delivery and installation went very smoothly. I have bought several appliances from Toma and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. This was a closet conversion to a laundry space.

Bought a new fridge during the tax free weekend. Alan Stern was exceptional, as usual, in helping us select a new fridge. He knows the products well and was helpful in steering us towards the product features we were interested in. He checked prices online and gave us the best price. Our fridge was delivered yesterday and the process could not have been better. I received a text the evening before stating the time frame when they'd be at our home. The delivery team called to say they were on their way. And when they arrived, they went right to work. They measured the door frame and fridge and took off the door and hinge to the screen door (with our permission) and brought out the old fridge and brought in the new one. They were very careful not to bang anything. They ensured that the fridge was level and that the water worked. They also leveled the doors because they were off a bit. They took every bit of trash with them. Overall, a super experience. I would highly recommend GW Toma for appliance purchases and I will never go anywhere else! Thank you!

Unbelievable experience!!!! I have been a lazy shopper and gone to the big box appliance stores in the past to do things quickly online. NEVER AGAIN. At George Washington Toma I was able to speak with a knowledgeable person within minutes of my online order/inquiry. She helped me make a better choice for my needs and was able to schedule me with a professional installer. And that is where the experience got even better. The plumber that came to do the install was phenomenal. Of course the job turned out to be more complicated. They took their time. Kept me informed. Were just fabulous. And now, I have a reliable and kind plumber that I would hire again for any other needs. Thank you for making my dishwasher shopping and install just perfect. I did not think experiences like this existed anymore.

We cannot say enough about our experience from the sales to the delivery to the installation of our washer & dryer.
Youselline was patient, informative, and eager to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
On the day of the delivery, we got a call from "Hector" 15 minutes before arrival and again when he arrived. From my first impression, Hector and his assistant were polite, meticulous and careful handling the appliance.
Installation is difficult because of a tight space for the W&D. Have had several occasions where it had to be moved for something and putting it back took forever. Hector figured it out immediately. It was smooth, seamless and fit into the space perfectly. I was also impressed by his use of belts and straps to move the W&D for his safety.
Thank you for a wonderful experience. TOMA has always been my go to for appliances and will continue to be whenever I need something they carry.

We were in need of a new slide in range and checked the website and the Toma sale price for a GE model was slightly less than the orange and blue stores so I stopped in. I met with Sue and she lowered the price another $40. And because my wife is a RN they waived the delivery/install/and disposal charge of $149. The range was delivered yesterday without a hitch. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

Purchased an oven and was informed it was on back order. It had an expected arrival date. Was informed that it would be scheduled for delivery when it arrives and that I would be contacted with the delivery information. Two days after the expected arrival I called Salesperson to see if it had arrived or info, what the new expected arrival date would be. I needed to know so I could line up my plumber to convert to propane. I received a call back the following day that confirmed that the oven had arrived as scheduled and that I may pick it up at my convenience. I asked, why would I pick it up when I paid for delivery and haul away of my old oven, ( 24 year old oven purchased at Toma), and why was it not all ready scheduled for delivery. Silence and waiting than a response came that the earliest it could be delivered would be two weeks away as the last few days were a rush on deliveries. I did not argue that I was in the system all ready and should have been delivered too earlier. I waited patiently any never heard back for an expected time of delivery, so I could schedule my plumber as discussed. The day before the expected delivery, I called the delivery office and was able to secure my window. I was told a text message or call from the delivery driver would alert me to be home. I never received a call or text. The delivery was within the window but I had to convert the oven myself. If I was not a general contractor and able to accomplish the conversion, I would not have had an oven to use for a few days. The process was a little disheartening to me as I always have had a great experience with Tom and have always recommended them to my clients. I hope the response to any issues, if there are any, with the oven is better than the customer service that I received on this occasion.
