Appalling company. Completely ignored me when I asked to exchange a faulty product after just weeks of purchasing it for a Christmas present. Luckily paid with PayPal and they sorted it out for me. Global E tried saying I was outside the return window when they replied to PayPal (they completely ignored me) . This company have obviously never heard of statutory rights ............

I was ordering a hoodie online on 16th Sept 2024.. I received a box on 23th Sept 2024.. Whats inside was just a letter of apologies from the Royal Mail.. After reading many of the review, i might be doing a police report after this.. I came to visit the UK, but i really have this bad experience.. Being cautious, i even record video of myself opening the box..

Ordered an item 12 days ago,tracking says order is still processing…..!!
even though I paid priority shipping,which states delivery is 6-8 business days,Iv just now received a reply email to say, we located your item however it is still not shipped & when it does ship it will take 6-9 business to be delivered, I assume it will be well into January before I receive it,1 full month after paying priority shipping for which states 6-8 days for delivery ,How reputable companies use your service is beyond me.Never again

My order was received on the 19th October missing 1 pair of ugg shoes. I immediately called to advise and was told to email global-e. I was told they would open an investigation with this shipping partner. It’s now exactly 1 month later and I keep getting the same response “ Please be advised that we have opened an inquiry with our shipping partner regarding this delivery.” There is still no resolution to this 1 month later. Their T&Cs state the average time for this type of investigation is 8 days. I’ve asked to speak to a manager and just get ignored. I’ve asked for a refund and had no response. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Do not purchase from them!!!

My son ordered some clothes back in November using my card. Still mid December no goods have arrived and despite trying to contact them had no success. Will be contacting my bank to get my refund. Ridiculous, will never order again!!!!

Rubbish didn't get my order from pimkie waited 3weeks who used this delivery service. No reply from emails no phone calls picked up

Awful service and they ignore your emails. Do not trust this company!! Took double payments from me and won’t refund or answer. I have emailed [email protected] multiple times and had no responses. I have even phoned the main office and they would not help me, all they said was they would respond to my emails in one working day, which they have not - it has been over 3 weeks. Why have a service email address if you do not reply?
