My Dad and I went to look at a Disk Harrow and a few other things to buy for our farm. We were both very impressed with the selection that H & E had to offer. The staff were helpful and friendly. We really liked how everything had a price tag on it to see! The two men who helped load our stuff were very careful and considerate of the equipment and my Dad's truck! We can't wait to go back and get more!

Waste of your time, let them know I wanted to come and look at this unit per their website said to. They say come on and no one is here to load. 1hr drive one way to look at a over priced beat up shredder with 6011 welds splattered over it that you can’t see from the picture.the next up in pricing is just as much as a new one from tractor supply

Really disappointed. Not only is their pricing outrageous but The woman working behind the register refused to acknowledge my wife even when my wife spoke directly to her but she had no issue speaking to me. My wife left in tears. It left us wondering if it was race filled because my wife is Latin and I'm not? This was 100% not professional. We are so very disappointed in this behavior and will not be returning.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUISNESS. We sat in our truck and waiting for 20 minutes waiting on the lady to get there during their "open" buisness hours. When she did pull up next to my 2 year old son and I We attempted to say hello. We were ignored. I cleared my throat thinking maybe I just wasn't heard and tried again. The older woman just looked at me and scuffled under her breathe. Kinda hurt, we followed inside where she refused to talk to me. Only directing conversation then to my husband. What a bitter, ugly hearted, nasty way to do buisness. Also, super overpriced. Will never do buisness here again.

These people auction with mayer auctioneers in Lincoln, Tx. I will never buy another thing through either one. Picked up a used 500 gallon tank, at normal used price. Picture they took was of the good side. Other site looked like it was in the back of the truck when it drove off of a bridge.

My brothers and I along with our kids came out to pickup some implements for our tractors. There was an old woman that stayed on the office porch and stared at us for the entire hour we walked around. Never did she ask if we needed or help or even say hello. She had that demeanor that she rather be anywhere else. We traveled a 2 hour round trip to stock up on implements for the spring but with customer service like that we GLADLY left taking our buisness elsewhere. TERRIBLE customer service and their prices are outrageous for beat up implements missing pieces.
