I’ve been using Heber Appliance for years. Their front office is prompt, respectful of time and always pleasant. Nathan was the most recent technician. He’s knowledgeable, helpful, recognizes issues (even non-issues) promptly and is willing to recommend alternatives, he’s timely, communicative, fast and straight forward. He takes on appliances that are old enough to be out of production and still willing to do research to determine going forward.
This is a locally owned company. Reasonably priced and I gladly recommend them for all appliance needs.

I have always been grateful for their terrific service department. Now I’m very grateful to Tracy in sales for giving us the deal we couldn’t refuse. I truly appreciated the way Mike at Heber Appliance handled my questions and concerns in the purchase of a new Washer/drier. My old Frigidaire model was obsolete and parts could no longer be ordered. Pumps, latches, etc., were no longer doing their job. I researched Home Depot, Lowe’s, RC Willy and Heber Appliance. Mike was the most reliable person, getting back to me promptly, sending me additional photos and met me twice or three times at the store. He also gave me the best price in comparison to what the other stores would do. Once purchased, Mike speedily set up installation within two days and waived most of the installation cost, as well. I will not hesitate to recommend Heber Appliance to all my family and friends.

As always, Heber Appliance came to the rescue! We did everything over the phone. Jason supplied all the info we needed to make a decision and the new washer will be delivered and installed day after tomorrow.
