Extreme delay in work, poor communication when asked about changes in bid amounts - actual 10 month delay.. double the bid amount and left many items on original bid undone. Would not trust Jerry.

Friendly, on time and very reasonable rates. Had a water softener replaced and LOVE the difference it has made in laundry and showers. Very pleased with Heinen Plumbing Heating Cooling! Just had check up done on Central Air system and fast and easy.

Spent over 16k on a new ground source heat system in June. Once installed, they were supposed to return to finish securing the pipes, etc. This never happened. OK. So we were willing to overlook that one, but - The first time it got really cold the furnace quit. Called and was abruptly told they were busy and we would be added to the list and to use auxiliary heat or the woodstove. We followed up with the office about 5 days later and expressed our irritation at the rudeness and total lack of contact to let us know where we stood. It has been over a week now and still not so much as a courtesy call to let us know when they might be out or where we are on the list. This is unacceptable customer service, or should I say nonexistent. Once it warmed up again the furnace started working again. This is obviously a setup issue, but apparently too much trouble to support the work once the sale is made. I will be contacting ClimateMaster as well.

My family had and air conditioning coil go bad on a day when we were expecting a hundred people for a family reunion. They came out, replaced the coil the same day and did an excellent job, just in time for the family reunion. Thank you Heinen's. Their customer service is amazing!

Heinen PHE is truly the best, from original heat pump/furnace installation and advice 8 years ago through a warranty service call during this current heatwave. There is no one better!
