DON'T FALL FOR THIS!! Check out their YELP PAGE!
Got a membership in October 23 b/c we THOUGHT it would be a good idea to have appliance repair on "standby" so to speak , it was SUPPOSED to come with a "free AC tune up", our Central AC wasn't draining properly so we called for a check up. The tech came out, didn't look at the unit itself and declared it would be $369 to clear the drain.

That price is OUTRAGEOUS. You can google and find many places that do it for under $80. We called in to find out if this was for real and we were told what a bargain we were getting.. they didn't charge us $99 for the "service call" and we were getting a $410 drain clean out for $369.

We then called the place that originally installed the AC on the roof in 2020. They came out (NO CHARGE), cleared the line (NO CHARGE) and when I told them how much this place was charging, said it was AT MOST a $79 job and should be less b/c it was only a 7 foot line.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE. You are wasting your $99 to only get charged grossly upcharged items when you need service.

IF you try to cancel, they will then try and say you owe them $99 for the "service call."

I am very thankful that the technician was able to handle my stove overheating problem. I can tell that he was truly masterful with his work because he managed to perform it perfectly.
