I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator and an extended warranty that Howard’s offered through Epic/Centricity. After 18 months the freezer went out. Since June 2024, I have had 7 service calls and not only did they not repair my freezer they created other issues such as the ice dispenser not working and loud banging noises. Six weeks ago they deemed my refrigerator unrepairable, but still have not honored my warranty by replacing or refunding my money. I reached out to Howard’s for their assistance with the extended warranty that they sold me and they have been unsympathetic and offered little help besides sending an email to the warranty company. This is so disappointing from a family-owned business who claims to care about their customers. I wouldn’t buy anything from Howard’s and definitely don’t buy an extended warranty from Centricity. Centricity has the worst customer service, the repairs take way too long, and they don’t honor their contract. This has been the worst experience of my life.

Messed up delivery. Did not deliver on day promised had to be rescheduled for following week. Discovered afterwards they installed the water line and caught the water line behind metal backing on back of refrigerator. Once reported there was poor follow up from sales manager. After talking to delivery scheduler on 9/22 was told same team would be here 9/23 @ 7:00 am to replace water line they messed up. NO SHOW!!! The phone number I had reached the delivery team that did install and he argued that he was not scheduled and for me to call the store. I called him back as the store does not open till 10:00. After which he did not answer his phone. I never received a call back from store manager Dawn Cantù as well. Very unprofessional and could not in good conscience refer Howard’s to future customers.

Beautiful store with all the best brands and a knowledgeable staff. The best part of this store is the appliances are hooked up to gas and electricity so you can test out the items you like.

Really impressive experience. They also price match--what's not to love about great selection, knowledgeable staff, and competitive prices!

Dino will pressure you into a sale and the provide absolutely zero post-sale customer service. We got a laundry set from them and the glass door on the washer came chipped. The delivery people said they’d notify Howard’s and they’ll contact us. Called Dino twice the first 2 months of waiting and never got called back. It’s now been over half a year and nothing. Luckily I took a video of them delivering the washer with the chip on it so I have proof. Now I’ll have to waste my own time to get this resolved, similarly to writing this review.

We bought a Frigidaire Professional refrigerator less than 2 years ago. They also sold us an extend warranty through Centricity. The refrigerator died and months of failed attempts to repair, they are now giving us the runaround and not replacing or refunding their defective refrigerator they sold us. We are new contemplating legal action and opening a claim with the Better Business Bureau. I would highly NOT recommend buying from Howard’s as they don’t stand behind the warranty.

I have never left a bad review for any business. I understand we all have bad days I work and don't always have control of certain situations but in this case there were so many opportunities missed by Howard's and their delivery people that I had to do it. I ordered a range on 10/3/24, arrived damaged so they had to take it back. I rescheduled a replacement with Alex Marin at the store in Tustin. He "scheduled" for Saturday, never arrived. I called the store, Alex wasn't working, Paymon stated that it was never scheduled. So Paymon scheduled the delivery for Monday,. Sunday, got an email confirming the time window 2:30 to 5:30PM. This time, I never got the email with the name and picture of the delivery person. At 5:30pm I called the store asking if the delivery was still going to happen. They had the delivery office called me back to say that they were running behind, 3 hrs. Once the delivery and the office people realized they were running late, it would have been nice to get a call letting me know they were going to be late. I would have been okay with anytime they had. We understand that things come up throughout the day, but they couldn't take 2 minutes to send a text or call. There are always 2 or 3 people delivering. If the driver is busy, the other person could have send a courtesy call/text notifying all customers of the delay. I called and spoke with Isaac Padilla, supervisor of the logistics department who said that he wasn't aware of the issue, which I didn't believe. All delivery companies have tracking system, I'm sure they knew of the delay. Not sure what he was doing to not be aware of his guys being 3 hrs late with deliveries. He offered me a $100 credit as if that is going to cover for the 3+ hrs I had to take off from work and the aggravation of this unfortunate experience. First and last time I use Howard's. Terrible service from the store to the delivery time. Finally, Jacob arrived, nice and apologetic for the delay, stating that the office should have called to inform me of the delay, as they are always awere aware. I'll pray that this equipment I purchased won't break and need to contact them again for another horrible experience. Please stay away from Howard's.

Oh my gosh Dawn is amazing you have to buy your appliances from her. The delivery guys are great they came out changed it to propane and got my stove working. They even were nice enough to play with my goats.

We purchased a Kenmore refridgerator in Sept.2022. The in-store service, prices and purchase were good. We purchased Howard's Extended Warranty Plan 5 year plan (Epic Protection Plan). Fast forward, we recently started having problems with our refidgerator. 2 claims have been filed in the last month alone. Epic Warranty vendors took over 2 weeks to repair the 1st time claim and we were without a functioning fridge. Now the 2nd claim and its taking the repair vendor 9 days just to come out and diagnose my fridge. We have water leaking from the undercarriage. BEWARE if you consider buying Howard's Extended Warranty!!! Best Buy has better extended warranty products/vendor with faster response times.
