I have elderly parents who have tried repeatedly to get help from these people to NO avail. They have been promised to receive a call and schedule repair of a dishwasher and a installation of a microwave. It’s been months and neither thing has been resolved. They are even in possession of their microwave trim kit which they will probable have to drive to Portland to get back. My poor mother is at her wits end as she often sees the Ja-Mar truck in Berne but they never come to help her. I would NEVER do business with these people. You’re better off with a big box store! Over promise and under deliver must be their motto.

We bought a small freezer and a refrigerator from Ja-Mar. They are our go to place for appliances! They are trust worthy and honest. I will be buying a washer and dryer from them soon as well, and maybe even a new bed! They are friendly and very helpful!

They say buy local shop local well here is why I would not recommend. We bought a washer and dryer last November from them about a two thousand dollar purchase and we have had nothing but trouble have called 4x since we have owned it and not running again and they don't seem to care or want to help my advice stay away from this establishment
