I made the mistake of purchasing a dent/scratch out of the box floor model Electrolux dryer from Javier’s. I was told it was in working order and covered by a 12 month warranty. When I got it home and hooked up, the dryer made a lot of noise and would not heat. I called Javier’s who gave me the Warranty Electrolux # and they sent a technician out who said the dent was causing the noise (the dryer drum was hitting the dented metal). Due to the dent and unknown origin of the dent the technician said the warranty was invalid. I ended up paying out of pocket to have the dent hammered out and a broken sensor replaced (the latter caused the dryer not to heat). Lesson learned, never jump over a dollar to save a penny! I cannot recommend Javier’s appliances even though the pricing is reasonable. They should have known the dent was deep enough to cause issues plus that it invalidated the warranty.

Awesome service!!! I was in need of a new washer and was looking at some big box stores (that do not carry appliances in stock and most delivery options are delayed) when Michelle told me about Javier's Home Appliance. Michelle showed me all the different options they had in store and found what fit my needs. Javier provided next day delivery that was timely and the hook up and haul away was a great bonus. Everyone here is great and realyed should I have any questions to give them a call. This really reassured me I made the right decision. Thank you Michelle, I am very happy with my new washer.

I went to appliances 4 Less to see if they had any clearances or any good deals but unfortunately they were only able to get me a 1500 deal refrigerator, some people will be happy but I took a chance and went to Javier and to my surprise the prices were great, they have variety and customer service was great I'm happy I drove couple miles.
