John is not one to call you back, on time or otherwise. We had to initiate all the communications, after the initial call, including the first show up time slot. And parts install call. And the ‘he’ll you’ call when they couldn’t fix it the second time. (That took 2 days!) Customer service is nil. There is no sense of urgency when you have a washing machine down, then he got irate pointing it all out to him and lied some more. Everything was paid up front before you know if they can fix. Once they have your money, there is absolutely no sense of urgency. No customer service. Don’t do it if you can avoid them.

They should not be in Business of repairing appliances.Owner himself said he hadn't worked in the trade for years and did not have the experience of repairing my Maytag washer but $500 later and four times out with the same problem from two different workmen he had sent out each of them came out in their own vehicle with just a bag full of handtools. They replaced a major part week later after waiting for part that did not need replacing. I have been three weeks without a washer because of their mistakes. Finally got a hold of Maytag whirlpool and they told me that JB was not certified to do the repairs for any of the products from whirlpool Maytag . .They . sent there man out and is repairing it properly at no cost under warranty. Brandt s Appliance was who Whirlpool Maytag had sent out to do the repairs they are who I would recommend. Hi personally have been in business for lots of years And no I would not recommend JB appliance to anyone for appliance repairs.

Technician Jeremy came out to replace my garbage disposal and he was great. He is knowledgeable, respectful, great communication and professional.
All places are short staff right now and I appreciate JB for being honest, prioritizing my services and keeping me in the loop.
Waiting a few extra days was definitely worth it. Highly recommended company

I was initially impressed that they were able to come out when they said they would. That, unfortunately, was the last good thing they did. Their men misdiagnosed the refrigerator issue which resulted in my spending twice as much money for parts. Now I am still having difficulty getting them to reverse an unauthorized charge they made against my debit card two months after the repair. John sounds very nice and helpful on the phone, but he doesn't seem able to actually get anything done. He is telling me that the Square he uses to charge people is the culprit for the money taken out. I am wondering if that is true. I may end up resorting to a civil suit in order to get the hundreds of dollars they have misappropriated from my debit card.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

John was very professional and helpful in selecting the correct parts for my Whirlpool refrigerator and my Roper washing machine. He even helped me with instructions for repairing my washer. Saved me lots of money by explaining how to do it myself. ?

I had a Samsung dishwasher which was making a grinding noise which I could not find out what was wrong. I called these guys, two guys came, just listened to the sound from the dishwasher and did not do anything. They said a part has to be replaced, but also not sure. They said their office will call us for a quote for the part. No one till date has called. They took the service charge payment and left. Worst contractor I have hired. I will not spend money on them again. I had to call another contractor and pay an additional service fee to diagnose the problem.

Crew contracted by Lowe's to install (over stove) microwave oven and new dishwasher. They called and set up time to arrive. Arrived a little late but got to work getting appliances up a flight of stairs. Installed both appliances properly in reasonable time. I had clean up work site, (debris) no big deal to me though.

Do not use this company! They are such liars! My oven broke, but was still under warranty through Frigidaire. Frigidaire set me up an appointment with this company for them to fix my oven. They came out, were 30min late, and diagnosed the problem. I was told they would have to order the part, and should be about a week. Two weeks go by with no word from this company, so I call. They tell me the part is on back order through Frigidaire, and as soon as they get it, they will call. It has now been a MONTH AND A HALF and my oven is still BROKE! I call Fridgdaire to find out they are not on back order, J&B decided to go with THEIR parts manufacturer and THEY are on back order. If they had just got the part from Fridgedaire my oven would be fixed! Needless to say, Fridgedaire set me up with a different company.
