Excellent customer service and super friendly. I had an issue with an electrical outlet, and rather than schedule an appointment and charge me an inspection they were able to identify and solve the issue over the phone. It’s the little things.

We needed a light fixture moved over, and Trevor and Matt did a great job. We appreciated them being willing to give us a good price and make sure we were taken care of. From contacting them to having the light fixture moved, it was a one week turnaround, which we were happy with. We would use them again for any other electrical needs!

I called JWatt Electric last week because of the flickering lights in my house. I had to make several rescheduling's and the team there was so good to work with and got me another appointment. Trever Farr spent about an hour testing the panel and going through the electrical outlets and light switches. He told me that there is nothing wrong with the electrical inside the house and thought it's the utility box outside and recommended that I call Rocky Mountain Power. I did and they came to test the utility box and said that the neutral line was bad. He dispatched his repair team and a crew of three trucks and four repair people showed up this afternoon and got the line repaired. I am so thankful for Trever and his excellent skill in diagnosing the root cause. Thanks a million Trever and JWatt Electric!

Matt and Trevor were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Prompt. Did a good job hanging chandeliers 19’ and 14’ high. Asked about some other costs and they were very reasonable. Will definitely use them again.
