It's a family owned store. I went there on the recommendation of my uncle. He has been buying their products for years. My experience was also positive. I bought a used washer and dryer and got a good deal. I got a Kenmore washer and dryer for$550. Delivery and installation were an additional$80. And it came with their own 90 day warranty. You can't beat that in California!

Highly recommend! We’ve been using Ken Mar for appliance repair for years. They do an excellent job at a reasonable price. We’ve also purchased used and new appliances from them and we’ve always been very happy.

Bought a washer and dryer from here. Dryer works fine. First washer lasted about 2 months and broke. 2nd Washer I picked was a different brand,
had better reviews and was free with the 3 month warranty they had. GREAT right.. Nope. 2-3 months later washer breaks again but by now my warranty has expired. So now I'm stuck with this broken washer and the new Guinness World Record for most dirty laundry.

My family has went here for years and always had a great experience so I took my washer there months ago to get fixed. Well it was still leaking so they came and got it and claimed they fixed it again. Nope still leaked. But I dealt with it because I was about to have a new baby and I didn’t have time to deal with the back and forth so I dealt with the leaking since it’s in my garage. Well fast forward a few months and I called them to tell them the leaking is getting worse so they pick it up and say it will be ready the next day. Never heard from them. Wait a few days and they kept saying they were working on it. Almost a week later finally got in touch with someone and they said they fixed it but wouldn’t bring it back after they said it they would pick it up and drop it off like they have every other time. The customer service was terrible and they were so rude about the whole thing. My family will no longer be using them.

Do not purchase from this company. Their "refurbished" appliances are in very poor condition. I have had to have two service calls in less than two months for a so called refurbished stove. When the worker came for the first call, he walked away knowing it would breakdown again, saying they will change the mother board the next time....Do not purchase from them. LeBon Appliances is so much better.
