Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had having an appliance installed. Paul was professional. His Installation was precise. His summary of the settings and of how the dishwasher worked was very knowledgeable. If it all possible, I will never shop anywhere else for an appliance. Hometown service, friendliness, and knowledgeable people!

I wish I could rate lower. I once bought a washer and dryer and had no problems. Two years later I purchased a new washer from somewhere else. After three months it failed and an appointment was set up by the manufacturer. L & B kept canceling the appointment. I walked in and asked if there were a guaranteed date for the repair. The manager or the owner said he had already declined the last appointment. He had spent too much time on my problem than he wanted to. I guess canceling the appointment was too much for him, Either way he said that if I had bought it from them they would already have had it fixed. So short response is they refuse to do any work on my washer because I did not buy it from them. Don't waste your money or time on a company that is doesn't care.

Went there on Fri looked at a washing Mac
Decided on one they had. Called salesman 10am told him we were on the way we live 38 miles away. Arrived with 1 hr and told by salesman oh it’s sold but we still have this one. Please don’t waste my time and jerk me around you could had just told us it was sold bf we drove 80 miles

Walked in after a recommendation from our neighbors when needing to purchase a dryer. Very welcoming and attentive staff working there. Was a totally awesome experience from beginning to end. Sales guy met us immediately - very friendly - and showed us around for the 2 things we qere looking for - french door fridge and 3rd rack dishwasher. We were on our way to Lowes to buy but decided to stop at L&B.first
Boy am I glad we did! Saved us about $750. Delivery was faster (next day) and installation was much cheaper. The installer, Paul, was totally awesome. He did a great job. Was very nice and friendly. He showed us all the cycles and how to use. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about him and the whole buying experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND L&B.

From initial stop at L&B Appliance to look at dishwashers through the purchase of one, appliance installation set up a few days later, and the actual installation and explanation of how the products works along with some great tips - this will be our go to place for repairs and any other appliances we need to purchase.
Paul is who installed it and he did it quickly and thoroughly!
