I purchased a fridgedaire from this place early April and didn't get settled into my place to buy groceries until now so I wasn't aware of how the fridge ran. Long story short, I believe they also sold me a broke fridge...It does not get cold at all and things that I had in the freezer turned to mush because they were already frozen before I realized it was never keeping them cold. 1) they barely answer the phone and 2) Claudia and Abraham are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I called on Tuesday and they said they don't even have an appointment until Friday. It’s now Friday and I’ve had to cook or throw most of my food away because it was either wet and mushy from being frozen, or going bad because the fridge/freezer isn’t cold enough. On top of that, they scheduled me to have an “appointment “ at 10am and it is now 6pm and he’s finally on his way. Who waits 7 HOURS after an appointment to let someone know they’re coming. On top of all this, I’m sure if I never called them, they would’ve never told me when they were on the way. . This really inconvenienced my day - seriously. They gave me the runaround all day saying their maintenance guy, Abraham was “in the field” and on the way all day and he has still not showed. This is ridiculous and I can’t believe the unprofessionalism. Just put your money, time and energy towards a better fridge and professional small businesses.

La Barca recently delivered a Hot Point refurbished fridge to my rental property in South LA. Their service is great! They were very communicative, showed up on time, took the old fridge, and then were very good about answering questions for my tenants in the ensuing days. Thanks so much!

I had an appointment for them to come to my house on 10/5/2020 at 3pm I called them multiple times to ask where they were the girl who answered kept making excuses for the worker. They NEVER CAME. Today I tried calling and they blocked me lol. I had a coworker call for me and the call went through. Can’t believe how unprofessional this company is. STAY AWAY. If I could give them zero stars I would.

This is a good place to get parts for appliances that are a bit older and hard to find. They stock old parts from old junk out appliances and the staff is very knowledgeable. Bring your old part and they will tell you if they have it or not. No model number nonsense they just look at it. If it's too new they will tell you where to get it. Or if they dont have it they know where to send you.
