The worst customer service. The lady who answers when you report an outage says, I already know. Well ma'am, there's no way for me to see an outage has been placed in my area nor do I get an email or any kind of notification stating an outage has been reported in my area. There is no way to look at outages online so how am I to know? All I can do is report my outage. Then this is the 2nd time today our power has been out. 4 trucks took 4hrs to fix and now it's out again and no one has came to work on it. It's so frustrating. My dad worked for Duke Energy for years. Restoring power takes time, I totally get that but notifying your customers and having better customer service would help tremendously.

The linemen are incredible! During the restoration of the electrical grid taken out by hurricane helene, they all worked such long hours. Office kept everyone informed as best as they could. Everyone that works there is always nice. Thank you all for working so hard during this difficult time.

From July 1, 2024 up to November 6 2024, I have lost power 8 times (not including the Hurricane). Why are they so bad? They have a monopoly in Savanna Lakes Village for power so we are screwed. They expect to get paid for power, I expect it to be reliable.

Through hurricane Helene, they had a lot of work to do with trees down and lots of homes without power. We were without power for about 5 days when they came to fix around our place. But the fact that they were slammed with work and still came through is amazing! My thanks is to all of you who worked very hard after this crazy hurricane..

The aftermath of Hurricane Helene was devastating to our community and even though I'm sure some of this lineman was without power themselves they worked hard and long hours to get the power back up as quickly and safely has they could. I am greatful for these men and I'm sure they will receive nasty reviews durning this hardship on our community due to how long they were without power ( I, myself am without power for 4 days now). But I am leaving this review to let them know. I am truly greatful that they not only lost sleep and time from there family they can't get back, they also risk there lives everyday climbing poles and restoring broken lines. Thank you so much Little River. I'm forever greatful for you guy's.

My power has been off for 11 days straight now. No one will talk to you over the phone or even come out to look at the problem. Some other people on Little River had theirs back on several days ago and I'm still sitting here with no power or water. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!

Best power company ever !!! They go above & beyond for what needs to be done . The few times that I’ve had to call them , they’ve came out with no problem & been so professional. An during this horrific hurricane Helene , I can’t say nothing but AMAZING THINGS about these guys .. they have worked their tails off since last Wednesday an haven’t stopped & not sure when they will slow down . God bless them & please be safe out there guys !!

Very slow at outages. They work when they feel like it or so it seems. They waste more time doing nothing yet they sure want that bill money right in time or you are cut off. We have food gone bad, meds gone bad. Sick people who need medical equipment that takes power. A lot of them home bound and can’t go to charging stations or the hospital and here we are on night 3 without any signs of hope!
