JR and Seth did great work! We had issues with our electrical panel. They came out and replace it. Ivy coordinated with the power company and the inspectors and it went seamless! They are all so friendly and call back when they say that will! So professional! They were very particular and everything looks so wonderful at the panel!

JR came to our house to inspect the issue and was able to report back the problem. Luckily, we had a home warranty and Lynch worked with the company to coordinate a replacement of the panel since they don’t make the breakers any longer. We paid the warranty company fees before they came, and while we did have to pay a little for the panel, it was explained and collected up front.

It went so smooth, we asked them to quote another job while they were here! Thank you so much!!! We appreciate it!

Edit: JR came out again and put in an outlet for us! We appreciate his work and friendliness! Great job and thank you!!!

I had power go out on a single wall in my kitchen but, no breaker in my panel was popped and every other outlet in house was working. The tech that showed up at my house was JR, after accessing the situation and checking every outlet in the house and outside we still couldn't find the source however, JR told me what he believed to be the problem and refused to leave until he figured it out and he did. He found the source of the problem and fixed it. My hero for the day. Thank you JR!!!!

Lynch was contacted through our Home Warranty Company to come out, diagnose and repair. We had to wait a whole week in a 1/2 to even get an appointment with Lynch. The Tech J.R. came out and before he walked into the house he was demanding the service fee of $100. We paid him and then he came in and got to work after 1 1/2 hours of him doing God only knows what he let us know he would need more time and our Home Warranty company would let us know how to proceed in scheduling a new appointment. J.R. left our home leaving us with no answer on what was wrong. My husband tried calling the Lynch office and no one ever answered or even called him back to discuss the findings. The Home Warranty company reached out letting us know the claim was denied. How when we never ever had a diagnosis from J.R. So because of the lack of customer service and communication from both HWA and Lynch we cancelled our contract with HWA and will never use Lynch Electrical for anything. We called Hamilton and paid out of pocket and the tech diagnosed and repaired the faulty wire in 1 hour. So if you need a Electrician call Hamilton they were professional and got us taken care of in 1 day verses 1 1/2 weeks.

Here’s another bad review for this place. I think the only way this place keeps going is by working with warranty companies. There’s absolutely no customer service! They should’ve called me to schedule the first appointment, schedule a follow up appointment, and update me on a fan order, but I had to call them every time, they did not call me once. Several times when I called no one answered, I left a message twice that did not get returned or even acknowledged when I called in. First time I spoke with them I told them warranty company gave them the wrong phone number and gave them my updated number but when I complained to the office about not getting a call en route from the tech, I was told he called the number I told them was not valid. When we asked the tech what number he called he had my correct number on his paperwork but had missed dialed, this showed us that there’s no communication between the tech and office. tech was polite for the most part but did walk through the front yard where we were currently trying to grow new grass, so was not happy about that.

The worst customer service
I requested a service through my insurance on May 28, today, June 3, no one contacted me.
I called and they responded that I had to wait until next Monday. I tried to explain that it was just a change in a circuit breaker , but I still didn't have a chance until next Monday.
I am very surprised that the lack of efficiency.

The guys from Lynch were amazing! I live in an old home and needed a fixture replaced. They did so efficiently and then, when a section of the fixture was blinking, made adjustments to the fixture so it worked perfectly. Appreciate them!

This company was assigned by AHS warranty company. The tech showed up and worked for about an hour. Not sure he really knew what he was doing. Because nothing was repaired. Now the electric company is ghosting us. They basically have a tech driving around collecting service calls repairing nothing. Pretty good scam if you ask me. I immediately canceled my service through AHS. STEER CLEAR OF LYNCH

EDIT: Hired my own electrician. Found the corroded connection in less than a half hour and fixed! Steer clear of Lynch! What a joke!

They gave me a quote for a job that needs to be done at my parents house, but they will not return my calls to schedule the appointment to come out and do the job. I have left several messages and I have also called a few times where there was no voicemail available to leave a message.
