Always a good place for part's. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Unfortunately they're storefronts apparently closed now permanently. Be cool if it was stated on Google. Instead of having people just show up at your door.

Had the part I needed and at a great price. Very knowledge and friendly. Update!!!! They have closed the Independence MO. location. So sad. I was told because of online ordering. Terrible. Long drive to their KS. Location.

Brought my vacuum in to be fixed they examined it before doing any work and found out it was not broken, operator error, and sent me on my way. I feel a different company may have taken advantage of the situation. Thank you for being a stand up company !

Always does a great job and repairs (usually vacuum or small expensive counter top appliance) most of the time we trade up for a new or reconditioned appliance instead of repair. If you leave for repair they usually underestimate the repair time. A one or two day job is usually 3-4 Days even for just a cleaning, filter replacement or tune-up.

When trading up. They Always take our trade in if it has any value if not they’ll let you take it home to sit in your garage (lol) or they’ll dispose of it for you.

Wir kamen hier zu Auffangwannen und die Pfannen waren okay, aber Beschwerde kommt vom Parkplatz gibt es kaum noch und Mann außerhalb beschädigt unsere automobil Tür und Management von Mar Beck in unserer Beschwerde scheinen desinteressiert.
