From the moment I walked in speaking to Lonnie Wheeler, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and eager to assist without being pushy. Lonnie helped me find the perfect appliance for my needs, explaining the features and benefits of various models with patience and expertise.

The store itself is well-organized, making it easy to browse a wide selection of high-quality products. I was particularly impressed with their competitive pricing and the variety of brands available. The checkout process was smooth, and they offered flexible delivery options that fit my schedule perfectly.

The appliance I purchased works like a dream, and the delivery team was prompt, professional, and careful when setting everything up in my home. They even took the time to answer a few additional questions I had after the installation.

First time here, sales staff know and understand the products they are selling. They know specifications and reliability of the products also. If there is a question that they do not have an answer to, they will research the answer and get back with you.

Have bought many appliances at metro. Just spent 17k on a refrigerator. The delivery was good but the panels need to be sent back due to handle issues. This was not metros issue since it came from the factory. The dissatisfaction stems from how this was handled with our sales person. Steven is, and will be the reason we will never do business with metro again.
