I had a separate service ran to my out building and the support I got from the engineers was EXCELLENT! Especially CASSEY (Their ditch inspector). He was very informative, made himself available by phone or visits, and was very helpful through the whole process. A bunch of super nice guys at the Lebanon MTE office. If your trying to DIY your own project, don't be afraid to tackle it on your own when it comes to the electrical. They will provide you with plenty of support.

I have tried calling, emailing, now I’m just driving to the office in Lebanon. Their service department is similar to their explanation of why my bill jumped $400 when my thermostat is set at 67, I have new windows, and have not done anything different., and it’s not even really cold yet. There’s something fishy going on.

Was at work all day. Had dinner out. During dinner, I got an email: outage detected at my address. I would never have guessed, were it not for the oven clock flashing. Very quick responders, as previously demonstrated in the aftermath of the Super Tuesday 2020 Tornado. Far out. 😎

Our electric peaks for 1hour for no reason at all. Says 10days for 60 dollars. When 60 dollars used to last us 15 days.

They sneak charges every so often.
Like it literally peaked at exactly 7a.m.

If you want a shady electric company this definitely is one.

Had a power outage and didn't realize it was just my house. Within 10 minutes of my phone call A man was at my door he told me my Transformer had tripped and sure enough it was a dead squirrel in my yard. Not the best outcome but they are really on top of things. Thank you so much for caring.

UPDATE: I want to thank them first and foremost for the great job they did on getting electricity back to everyone after the tornado.

one month it's due they allow you to go until next due date, a different month they cut you off a week before the second due date... makes it hard if you're already behind trying to catch up to figure out how far you can stretch it so you can get other needed things. Please pick a day before or on the date of the second month so people can be better prepared. Otherwise I have no issues, and I'm very aware if I paid on time I wouldn't have this issue however things happen and an additional 80 is really crapy if you aren't expecting it.
