I recently bought a Jenn Air dual fuel downdraft stove, a GE Signature Microwave oven, and a bar cooler from Kristi Smith at Mountain High Appliance. Mountain High delivered our purchases and installed the downdraft stove, which is complicated. They did a first rate job with the installation. We were very pleased with the quality of their work and professionalism.

We used Mountain High Appliance for a new induction cooktop, and were very unhappy with the service. We knew from research what we wanted, so our purchase was very simple and easy. From there, though, things went downhill. We could not get return calls, had no idea what the installation schedule was, and could never get an answer. Twice the scheduling office told us we were on the calendar, for days we were not available, because they didn’t call first. The installation guys were great - on time and professional - but by the time we had it installed they had had our money for three months. Great products, excellent installation, but horrible customer service.
Unfortunately this work was done a few months ago, but I just realized my review wasn’t posted. Still valid, though.

We just had the best experience with Jason at Mountain High appliance. He made the purchase of our double oven and gas cooktop so pleasant that we decided to get a new refrigerator as well. We purchased high quality appliances at fair prices and he made installation a breeze by keeping us updated while we waited. Jason also went the extra mile to get our fridge faster when ours died. My husband even enjoyed the showroom and he’d rather do anything else instead of shopping!!

I walked in not knowing what I would experience. The prices were comparable to the big box stores, but the sales experience with Jason was highly personalized and no stress. Installation was exactly as promised with their own install team. I anticipate that service (if needed) will also be much lower stress, with the promise that I can call the store and have them be the go-between for any repairs if/as needed. I will definitely return to buy my appliances from them again.

My experience with Randy Brown at Mountain High Appliance is probably the best salesperson experience I have ever had. He listened attentively to our needs, our budget, my concerns and guided us while also letting us ask tons of questions and go back and forth between products.
Randy stayed in contact with us while we were still making other kitchen design decisions. He would answer my emails within 24 hours. I felt his every action was to help choose what was best for us.
Due to other circumstances we did not purchase with Randy but I would absolutely return to him again and recommend him and Mountain High Appliance to anyone I heard was looking for appliances.

Mile High Appliance is the best place to buy appliances. Our salesperson Jason Starks was great, he took a lot of time to explain the differences in range hoods and speed ovens. I verified the cost of these items and Mile High always has competitive prices. Mile High offers amazing installation and support services.
We had these appliances installed and the installation crew treated our house like their own. Everything was covered during installation and cleaned up at the end.
When we need high-end appliances we always go to Mile High.
