MVE electric service is 5 stars, however there expansion into a fiber optic internet rates 1 star. The fiber internet marketing promotion materials provided by MVE suggest or tell a story they are the contact for fiber internet. After installation it is revealed MVE only provides the infrastructure and Conexon (CON) is the provider and point of contact for internet concerns.

The show starts now,
Installer arrives unannounced to install fiber internet. Damages 40ft of landscape installing fiber to the house. Internet speed is a fraction of what is advertised. Moves stored items into a pile of his choice. Leaves a mess outside. Signed paperwork but was not allowed a copy of what we signed. Service was cancelled but no confirmation at this time.
The pictures are just a small sample of what to expect from a fiber internet installation.

Contacted CON (after getting contact information from MVE because no paperwork or contact info was left by the installer) to report the install and speed concerns. At this time (days later) waiting to hear from CON or MVE or whoever.

Terrible employees in the engineering department. Discriminatory, incompetent and unresponsive. Don’t recommend this company. Even after calling customer service several timers and trying to get new electricity started for two months, the company has failed to implement new service.
