MS Appliances customer service is absolutely amazing! Their customer service was great for purchasing my appliances and for carrying through on it. When I was having difficulty getting through with LG customer service for my new, malfunctioning washing machine, MS readily stepped in. MS was super helpful throughout the process until it got replaced under my warranty. They made sure LG takes responsibility on the machine, and kindly followed through with it until the end. It was great working with Kim, she was very on top of it in her patient and kind manner. I look forward to continuing shopping at MS Appliances.

Customer Service has been outstanding, and their delivery timeframes have been one of the best in the industry.

On one occasion, when a defective fridge was delivered, Kimmie [a Customer Care Rep.] stepped in with her pleasing attitude and courtesy and immediately assisted us, getting the replacement fridge delivered, within days, and wouldn’t rest until she verified with us that we are happy campers. And happy we were indeed!
