Albert and his crew at OneStop Electric are the real deal. This is how a great small business should run, folks.

We hired him to replace and upgrade our house's outdated, fire-hazard 100-amp electrical panel to a new 200-amp solar-panel-compatible panel. This was a drawn-out process involving several steps over the course of weeks, including obtaining a permit from the county, a visit from the power company, and an inspection from the county upon completion.

Albert handled everything with professionalism and an inclusive, down-to-earth attitude. He was immediately responsive via phone and text; he set a schedule and showed up when he said he would; he was always right on time; he paid attention to the details; and the project was finished almost to the minute of his initial estimate. He even went beyond what was required of him by calling our roofer to personally speak with him about best ways to drill into our roof, and took pains to caulk some of the holes he drilled for the grounding wires. Amazing!

Once Albert completed his work, it is protocol for SoCal Edison to re-establish permanent wiring to the main power grid. This, unfortunately, did not go as planned. SoCal Edison LOST the work request and refused to return our calls. We were left with a temporary configuration for nearly 8 months! I mention this because Albert was amazing. Even though his job was complete, he would check in on us once a month to ask, "Has Edison contacted you yet?". We went back and forth for months, each of us trying to get ahold of them to complete our wiring. (Shame on Edison, for real.) Albert stuck it out with us though, and after literally hours of waiting "on hold" phone calls, finally wrangled someone to come out and finish the job properly. I'm so grateful to Albert for his service and sense of responsibility! He has a loyal customer for life. Thanks Albert!

Albert came out on a Sunday to fix the two masts and ripped out power lines on our house that had been damaged in the wind storm. He was able to find parts that two other electricians said they wouldn't be able to get until Monday or later. Albert was not only fast and careful to explain everything to us, he was on good terms with the local Power Company, so our power was restored quickly. We are so thankful our neighbor had called him and we were able to get him to look at our situation as well. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
