It often takes a lot for someone to be compelled to write a positive review, but it's impossible not to after experiencing Plesser's. The staff are knowledgeable about their products, stand behind them, and are eager to do the right thing.

We are experienced in purchasing appliances and have previously purchased from OTHER businesses. Never Again!

We purchased a new home where the builder chose Plesser's to supply all the appliances. Although we had a horrible experience with the builder, working with Plesser's has been a pleasure.

From the very beginning, they took the time to understand our wants and needs, recommending which items we should upgrade and which were a perfect fit for us. The entire process—from ordering to delivery and even after delivery—was seamless.

They stand behind their products to ensure that everything was delivered and installed appropriately.

I have never experienced a business with such class.

If you are in the market for home or kitchen appliances you would be foolish to go anywhere else.

I’ve been a loyal Plesser’s customer for several years now from a simple Google search, purchasing an LG refrigerator in 2020, a set of dishwasher drawers, and most recently an LG WashTower. Each time, my experience with Plesser’s has been nothing short of exceptional. Their customer service—both over the phone and via email—is always responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. It seems second nature for the team to assist when needed, and super timely are personable and down to earth above all. They seem to be, just good peeps.

Their website is incredibly detailed, which has helped me make informed decisions about the best products for my needs. Plesser’s also consistently offers competitive pricing, which I’ve found to be unbeatable. Despite being located in New York while I’m down in Atlanta, Georgia, I’ve never felt that service or pricing was compromised. It’s clear that they prioritize their customers, regardless of location.

I highly recommend Plesser’s to anyone in North America (assuming they can ship to you) who’s in the market for quality appliances and outstanding service. You won’t be disappointed!

I'm a returning customer to Plesser's Appliances. About 10 years ago I purchased a GE induction range. Since then I had a house built in South Florida. The home builder provided the kitchen appliances and even included an induction range of a different brand. After 6 months, I knew I wanted a better range. Since Plesser's was so great to deal with during my first purchase, they were my first call. I spoke to Adam B. and discussed a couple of different brands and models. Since I had such great results with my GE induction range, I decided to go with the GE induction slide-in for a more modern look. Adam was great during the whole process including multiple phone calls and was able to ultimately provide the GE induction range I wanted at a great price. I really appreciate the great customer service that Adam B. provided. When I'm in need of another appliance or a friend is, Plesser's will be the 1st place I call.

What an awesome shopping experience! Purchased a new range at Plesser's last week. Our salesman Michael Erhart was amazing. Took time to go over everything and answered all our questions. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back for the wine fridge! Delivery was on time and meticulous. Love the fact that it wasn't like walking into a car dealership . Their no pressure sales approach is great. Highly recommend Plesser's!!

Referred to them by Subzero/Wolf Been working with Robert who has been exceptional. Very knowledgeable, very responsive. We have been fortunate in that we are fitting out a new house, so lots of back and forth on what appliances work with our space and budget. He has been equally patient in that regard.
