Carlos and his assistant Arturo spent the entire day installing 2 beautiful ceiling fans on a14ft vaulted ceiling! They were efficient, amiable and extremely professional! Upon completing the job my mom mentioned another fan downstairs that the remote would not work with. Immediately they went to work figuring out how to get that fan going and even supplied her with a new remote that she could work! “Above and beyond” and would highly recommend!!!

Please compare yelp review to the google reviews if you see this. Service provided was in no way worth the price. Look somewhere else for electrical work in your home. I will not use them again because of the negative feeling after the fact. If you think
30 minutes labor and $30 (see picture 2) in parts to replace an existing plug with a new plug and cover (see picture 2) is worth $400 then call Powell electric if you don't then stay away. They will say they give you a 1 yr warranty to come out and replace the work if something goes wrong, but it is actually California law that they have to do that. That is not an added bonus like they lead you to believe.They also will not tell you how much parts cost or how much labor is. According to them they selll a service so they seem to create the prices randomly. Even after they had been paid and gone, they called me to ask about my experience they would not tell me how much the plug was. Maybe hoping I would think they installed some top of the line model.
My mistake was not paying the $99 fee and moving on. They rely on that $99 sunk cost to lure you into overpaying for something you care about, your home . I urge you not to fall prey to the predatory practice. Technician was friendly and did the job but I felt like I had been scammed. My experience with their customer service was they were argumentative and misleading

Junior and his Technician’s were very professional and patient with us. The work provide was excellent. Very clean. They wore shoe covers, they covered all the furniture and even my grass. I highly recommend this company for your electrical issues. They were respectful, polite and accommodating..Junior was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He tested the work so I was pleased.

My tenant's power went out for most of her apartment. I called Powell Electric because I saw they had good reviews. Because it was an emergency situation they were able to get a technician out that day. The problem was somewhat complex so the earliest I could get it repaired was two days later. The technicians came out on time and were highly professional. They were able to solve the problem and get all of the electricity working in the apartment within a couple hours. The price was reasonable and the technicians thoroughly explained what had happened and precautions to take to avoid a similar situation. I highly recommend Powell Electric for electrical repairs.

I had an amazing experience working the Powell Electric team. They were very professional and efficient. They assembled, installed and programmed my 2 new ceiling fans. No mess was left behind, as they took all of the trash/debris with them. I would absolutely use them again for any electrical needs.
