Compré una nevera allí hace 6 meses a un precio muy accesible, y aunque presentó una falla luego de los 6 meses, en verdad que esta gente se portó a la altura. Me dieron un trato muy profesional y humano. Arreglaron mi nevera muy rápido, mostrándose flexibles ante mis circunstancias especiales (pues no conseguí los medios para llevarles la nevera). De hecho el dueño de la empresa vino en persona a arreglar la nevera. De verdad se merecen 7 estrellas ?!!!

UPDATE: our fridge has been in for less than a week and we realize the freezer doesn’t actually freeze. I’ve contacted Mateus and we’ll update with what happens. I’m truly hoping this company is as honest as they seemed when we purchased the fridge. I will be devastated if we got taken advantage of, because we truly can’t afford a fridge that doesn’t work. ?

This place is a hidden gem! Mateus helped us find the fridge of my dreams for almost 1/4 of the cost, and it looks brand new. I love how knowledgeable they are here, and they were able to answer all of our questions. One thing to know, the delivery is only curbside, so we had to hire movers to get the fridge into the house, but even then we got an incredible deal. I highly recommend this place!

Unfortunately, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. We have had a fridge from them for about a month and a half and it has broken down 3 times. I call and text and message all I can, and nobody will respond to me. It takes around 3 weeks for a text or call to be responded to and even then, it doesn't seem to be get fixed. I will try to get them to honor the warranty and actually fix our fridge. Hopefully they will be able to, and I can leave a more positive review. If they can't then I will have to file a complaint with the BBB or escalate it to take legal action.
