Ordered a replacement control panel for my JennAir double-oven that has a design flaw with heat and steam rising into the touchscreen when the upper oven door is opened slowly. I kept getting a E21 “stuck key” error. Placed the order on Sunday and the part arrived on Tuesday. Installed the panel myself and the oven is good as new. Reliable Parts had the best price around and the part arrived quickly. I’d call them again if I need an appliance part in the future.

BUYER BEWARE!! Inspect anything you plan to buy for flaws BEFORE you buy!! Although their invoice states a part can be returned within 60 days; I learned by talking to someone at their call center that they cannot just do an exchange of parts, even if the part is flawed, was purchased just yesterday and was never installed!! The customer must file a claim for a refund and wait and hope for a resolution after a process time. In the meantime, a replacement part would have to be charged on top of the price already paid! Parts were way overpriced also!! The vent covers for my range hood were $55.92 EACH even though the package read "FILTER POWER PACK DOUBLE". Total rip off!! Luckily, I was able to press and rub repeatedly to finally make the flawed bend in the one cover to look almost like the unflawed one. I will now live with this but will NEVER rely upon Reliable Parts again!!

I found this parts store on Google. I needed the water intake valves for my fridge and Lowes and Home Depot don’t carry these kinds of parts. I thought I’d give them a try, and I’m so glad I did!! They literally have every part you need, and in stock too!! Stephana D at the front counter was so helpful and friendly. I will definitely return here for any parts that I need! Thanks so much!

Super friendly place, needed a door switch for my samsung dryer and they had it in stock, One of their staff gave me some very helpful information (could have been an owner) that helped me with my DIY repair, best of all I saved $350 from not using a repairman!! Highly recommend.

it is very good service. I bought there around 1000 parts. Parts are reliable. Customer service response very quickly. They have online app. Workers in store are friendly. Everything is irganized nice. They provide 10 or more brands like Whirpool,Sumsung, LG etc.

Reliable Parts have made getting parts a miserable experience. They have taken the Covid to a new level! You can't go inside. You can't order from their office if you are there. You cannot get any parts unless you call their 800#, sit on hold for 15 minutes, order and pay by phone, then go back to the building for them to come outside and search for your item. Completely lame! We can go inside auto parts stores, Walmart, grocery stores, but not inside of Reliable Parts.
